Chesh, 'news as and when appropriate' does not mean as soon as I know you will be told.
It's not time-specific, I read 'when appropiate' to mean when it suits me.
Dictionary definition of Appropiate: suitable, proper, fitting, timely, well judged, favourable or convenient.
Not a great choice of word, or am I just being picky?
If I email him, as others have done, the reply won't be any different as any new information could be constrewed as inside information and would suspend the share.
The longer Accudo news takes the more it compresses the RNS 's on the other projects, and if we were to get two or three lots of good news announced, one after the other, then the SP would reflect AXM's worth.
I am still concerned that Rosser has some negative info and is sitting on it, hence the long wait with no updates, that's the only conclusion I can draw from the long silence.
I will drink to that!
Being suspicious by nature, and I am sensing the slight wiff of a rat with Accudo.
Nine years of patents, loads of RNS circumstantial possibilities, nothing of substance after all the talk, and Accudo being conspicuous by it's absence in the RNS's
Come on Rosser prove me wrong.
Could it be that Rosser is sitting on negative Accudo news, and is just waiting for something positive before he breaks it to us.?
With nothing good from Accudo after 14 months Rosser must be feeling the heat!
Money drives research, I don't rule it out.
Certainly agree, the Copper needs will be huge and sooner or later revenue should flow from those patents.
In theory Graphene could replace copper in electrical cables, but in pratice it's very hard to produce the equivalent flexibility of copper and it's integrity of conductivity
No, Copper rules and that's probably why I am still with AXM.
Potter79, the search for a lithium-ion battery replacement is at fever pitch throughout the world, the first company to invent the holy grail of batteries will make Billions in a very short time.
I think the discovery will be quicker than five years because of the huge market demand and so many research agencies and companies working on it.
The world needs much cheaper electric vehicles, I read somewhere that the USA automotive industry is striving to build sub- 20,000$ electric cars, this would be a boost to their ailing automotive industry.
Potter79, I am sure the reply would be very polite, as always, but providing us with a factual reason of why nine years of trading has only resulted in a wad of patents, talk of joint ventures, no licence aggreements, or pilot plant, I don't see it forthcoming.
I seriously hope I am wrong, I am an investor here and like all of you want the share price to reflect what appears to be a company with massive potential.
I always say, if you don't ask the questions, you've only got yourself to blame.
Do Directors Rosser and Clegg have any form?
What qualifications do they have?
Are they Directors of any other company?
Accudo were supposed to report back after the turn of the year, so they are eight months late now, why is it all so quiet Mr. Rosser?
Following my previous maiden downbeat four- pennyworth at the share price, here are a few facts, which, like them or not, the directors Rosser & Clegg should take note of.
The need for Lithium and Copper is currently driven by the production of electric vehicles worldwide, however, there are many companies aggressively researching energy storage design utilising Super Capacitors and Graphine.
Tesla is already utilising Super Capacitors on some of his vehicles and Elon Musk was recorded as predicting Super Capacitors having the potential to replace Lithium ion batteries.
Graphine batteries, although currently in the very early stages of design, have already been talked about as having a potential of a six figure vehical mileage potential, which would put far less importance on charging points.
Super Capacitors and Graphine batteries, in theory, could blow Lithium out of the water, Rosser and Clegg please note, get your backside in gear and get your running shoes on, you are in danger of having worthless patents if you can't get your product to market soon!
The materials required for Super Capacitors and Graphine, as far as I am aware, are not reliant on rare earth metals, or metals generally, in other words they could be very very cheap to manufacture.
Super Capacitor batteries fitted to cars could take less time to charge than it would to fill your car with petrol.
Maybe the problem with AXM and it's current abysmal share price is the fact that the directors have been relying far too much on patent granting, other people doing work for them (Accudo) and not focussing themselves on the critical path route to selling their product.
In a nutshell, no actual pilot plant, or proven installed plant working after nine years of trading, means their marketing is crap.
Ah, Glencore, what a prize that would be!
Do we know if Rosser has even talked to them?
Even if I managed to get their ear, the odds are that the approach would fail at the first hurdle........what, no pilot plant after nine years of trading? Go forth and multiply sir!
Hi all you investors. I registered just a few days ago, I was prompted to do so because I am invested in AXM and have got to the point where I feel need to voice comments about this share.
I have been an investor in this 'Wild West' AIM share platform since 2015 and, like many of you, have made a few expensive mistakes.
AXM has been listed on AIM for 9 years to my knowledge, so why is the share price so low?
The RNS's are full of patents, what Accudo is trying to do, and other circumstantial JV information re copper, cobalt, Lithium, and Vanadium but, unfortunately, that's AXM's problem, it's all talk and, frankly, no action. The share price stammers along the bottom of the floor with the occassional erection and then falls back.
I invested in AXM two years ago and I need a share price now of 0.24, after buying on the low points, to get back to my original investement position, and I need the share price to be 0.45 for my overall AIM share portfolio investment to return to it's original position.
When I started buying into AXM there were fewer patents and less Joint ventures, and the share price was higher????
I am not a happy bunny.
Maybe by posting this it will accidently prompt an overdue knee- Jerking RNS which actually has some substance to it and the SP can rise to a minimum of 0.2p?
