A Nominated Adviser.
All companies quoted on the stock exchange must have a NOMAD.
The NOMAD who did advise SER withdrew their services and the company were unsuccessful in finding a NOMAD who were prepared to act for SER.
After the SER NOMAD advised they were withdrawing their services, the company had one month to find a replacement. The company were unsuccessful and the shares were subsequently delisted.
In an article Nov 2015 Tom Winnifrith wrote:
10 November - At the request of convicted armed robber Daniel Levi on behalf of his client, market abuser Chris Oil, S.hare..P.rophets has removed the image linking to Oil's original article, in which he claimed his team would have a Nomad at the Sefton EGM.
Oil categorically claimed that his requisition had the backing of a Nomad. This was seized upon by supporters of the requistion as proof that there was a Nomad and Allenby’s promise to resign if Chambers and Hodges joined the board was irrelevant."..
All of the above is factually correct.
