Trying to read between the lines I am now thinking this wasn't a deliberate scam from day 1 but Ben Haim really had no clue about the tech involved in making an ECG. You don't need any expensive hardware just some analog components, A/D and D/A converters and PIC microcontroller. I have maintained this for some time and have concluded that the IMEC hardware and in-house patents were an expensive mistake/smokescreen........a bit like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AgysRim_zT4 The three axis accelerometer and algos are " old hat " off the shelf and anyway the big selling point was the real time ECG potential....which I think would have sold. It now remains to see if there is any value left from the squandering of all the money. Since Ben Haim clearly was lying either because he was playing for time because he had no clue or was just trying to spin it out is still not clear. Whether having made a complete screw up on the product he is the one to lead the company in a new direction is also a matter for conjecture. As one of the attendees at the hyde park meeting who said they had worked for him, when the EGM idea was put forward then said " Whatever you do he will always be TWO steps ahead of you ", which seems to be true so far although the secrecy wheels do seem to be coming off the wagon now. Shareholders deserve to know exactly where the money went and some real update containing substantive information is required, not the smoke and mirrors rubbish we have been served up so far. Of course there seem to be some people who allegedly know some of the company " secrets" but who is to say they are not being fooled also. We know nothing more now other than the company has supposedly changed direction and there will be a pot of jam at the end of the rainbow ( mixing metaphors once again ).

It's been interesting reading the exchanges here. It shows that Ben Haim is now at least communicating, which is quite an achievement in itself.....there must be a reason for this as has already been suggested. Just got back from across the pond and am not succeeding in trying to stay awake until this evening. I share your optimism on the project at many levels rift but also note at 21:20 Arthur says " I was always told not to cry wolf".......timings were end of last Sept beginning Oct. You have to admit it's a bit toe curling now in hindsight. I remain optimistic on what should be an exciting project and as the PR twitter feed says " It's very frustrating". Somewhat of an understatement.

It is strange why you are defending/promoting (let others decide ) a stock that is untradeable apart from a possible grey market that I am unaware even exists. Also another untradeable suspended stock RLH promoted also by your fellow countryman Abman although I'm not suggesting that is linked.......again let others decide. One thing I'm sure of is that you would not be doing either unless there was "something in it for you".....what a philosopher would call a truism ( in the logical positivist sense ). Exactly what that something is would clearly have to be fiscal in nature.....you're no benevolent altruist. If I had to describe your vague,verbose ramblings then the phrase. "Good, maybe even excellent quality bulls_hit" would sum it up. No doubt you'll want the last word as usual but I'm sure we can all endure some more of the above.

Matt: They're obliged to do nothing. It's a private company registered in the caymans. The SHG have been criticised for doing nothing and being ineffective but this is not true. They have repeatedly try to engage ben haim in a dialogue and to try and convince him that a large supportive group of PI's could be very powerful but he refuses to address anything. He threatened the original committee with being forced to " takeover" the company as they represented greater than 30% of the equity at the time ( we don't know what the current number of shares is ). I'm no legal expert but this was IMO just a bluff as the bidding rules apply to parties acting in concert with the specific purpose of acquiring a majority of the share capital. In any event he will always be two steps ahead of them and there is really nothing they or anyone else can do. It's just a question of hoping there is some value in something the company owns or is doing and that at least a proportion of that will be returned to investors. GL All.

Where did you here this? If it's true I wonder how many shares he has awarded himself? Also dougb..........who is Mr Etheridge?.......do you mean Mr Selfridge? and aren't you a bit suspicious that Lange didn't speak and then came out with some lame excuse. It doesn't inspire confidence in anyone.
