Francesco’s Game of Chess

For all our new shareholders who have arrived since the beginning of February this may assist you with your investment in Clear Leisure (sorry to all the LTH who may have seen something similar in the past)

I play chess most nights before I go to sleep and I play not to win but not to lose. That means I either draw or win. I set the computer to a level that is almost impossible to beat it and it usually wins. But I learn how the computer thinks and then I have information which I use and on average I win once or twice a week. You could say I use AI in my chess games just like Francesco is an AI expert, do some research and buy some books. Oh Francesco recommended me a book on AI a few years ago and like the Da Vinci Code there was a Holy Grail to be discovered but you had to read the book and I read it on a flight to Australia, it was heavy going but lots of codes in it and moves like in a game of chess.

When Francesco (who plays chess) re-joined Clear Leisure in the summer of 2015 there were about 210 million shares in issue. Francesco kept the shares in issue “low” for as long as possible and only issued a small amount for his £30,000 salary conversion and then mainly he issued shares for debt consolidation. Shares were also issued for buying PBV Monitor & ForCrowd but Francesco basically did not do placings (in general) until this month.

For an AIM Company to have only 662 million basically for the past two years is in my opinion good news.

PS So the opening moves were to keep the shares in issue as low as possible while consolidating debt and acquiring some companies for a later “game”.

LtdAxis, I do not know if you were sitting on the side-line when we played the game of football with the MM. I recall they did not permit any trades for about 20 mins and then back then delayed trades were no prevalent but nowadays they are endemic.

Definitely not.

It may not have been articulated very well but I have had serious threats in the past after some were spiked and all I am alluding to is that I will top slice slowly over 3p so only in tiny batches as I believe we are heading a lot higher than 3p.

Wait till the 9m part post is posted and then see what the Market Makers do (they have already taken the Queen out the other day)

I hope you are well and I hope you still have a stake here.

You may be correct in that 3p was paid recently but I am waiting for it to hit 3p again. That way any newcomers will be able to exit at a good profit and newcomers will obviously have done their homework and made their decision to buy or not.

The chess post has morphed into 9 parts and hopefully when I do post that I am able to post it in order but as we have some newbies who I think are incapable of understanding when they see a blog it is better to have it running consecutively.

Thank you. I think you will be handsomely rewarded. I am on a free ride with about 3 million and I never sell below my previous sell and that was 2.82p and although on a free ride I have a nominal cost of 0.49p for calculating my % profits. That last one was 457% so heading towards 500%.

I am busy today with my CBD Company and two of my Bank shares have issued Annual Results so as you know I go into the fine detail and analyse everything, but as I have email alerts to inform me when we are heading towards 3p and when I am informed, we are close I will Post one or two things that hopefully will be of assistance to better understand how Francesco plays Chess.

I have it on good authority that they Italian Government are debating about moving the public holiday due on the 25th of April to either the 11th or 12th of March.

John Story

I have not spoken to John Story but I know of him through ZOE my most valuable shareholding which is worth well in excess of six figures. There is an interview he gave recently and from that interview you can gain an insight to how he invests and what he believes is achievable.

If you had done your research, you would have known that Francesco had a lot of firepower to issue shares. Over the past few years there was authority granted at GM’s & AGM’s to permit this not for the standard one year but three years. You do not seek authority unless you have plans, big plans.

I believe John Story will be a long-term holder and this should be confirmed (initially) when he is disclosed as a major shareholder under AIM Rule 26. We will then see Luke Johnson drop-off the list as he would only have 2.79%

What we appear to have is the beginnings of a proper Bitcoin mining operation in Italy but with a twist as Francesco is a specialist in Artificial Intelligence and it is this avenue that I expect that we will all benefit from.

I do try to keep the laptop switched off over the weekend but as there have been some “communications” from outside Scotland, I thought I better have a read of our B.B.

I would have thought you would have put a little more effort into understanding our AIM Rule 26 Shareholdings (I can understand why our publican is bitter and not being able to sell bitter but I am sure it will soon get better)

As the number of shares in issue increased recently then obviously there will be changes to the Major Shareholders.

Bank of New York came from possibly below 3% (so not disclosed) more at end of post on this significant and important development.

An Idea Lives on, no longer visible as to be on register you need 23,271,143 and they had about 22 million (you need to go back to when they first received their shares, its there if you do your research)

There are a few others over the past few years who have gradually slipped off the Major Shareholders list, but I know they still hold. How do I know? I talk to them.

PS If you were to look at all the Annual Results from our website from 2006 -2019 you will not see Bank of New York. But there is a particular shareholder who was always there and then I forced a TR1 out of Francesco and we were informed “he had disposed of his shareholding” not true. Now let us say you know how things are going to go at the Venice High Court, would you want some of the action? Who are your friends that could facilitate this? Who backs you?

PPS I have always been a loyal shareholder who did sell in 47 trades on the 30th June 2017 from 8am to I think 8:20am in small batches and made I believe £31K. Did I crash the share-price? No I did not. Could I have made one telephone deal and saved 46 dealing charges? Yes I could but I did not.

I think your comment “they may yet appeal” is not possible.

If you had done the same amount of research (and translated scores of cases that I have) you would understand that this High Court of Venice has been designated for the Final Determination on an extremely large and sophisticated fraud. There are lower Courts throughout Italy to deal with the endemic systematic ingrained fraud that occurs daily but our Sipiem case is in a totally different league. How ironic we used to own some high value Sardinian Villa(s) no pun(ishment intended to a former director)

Hello LtdAxis, I hope you are also well and maybe tomorrow or in two weeks’ time (it’s a Friday) you both can be happy.

I have had several successful days in Clear Leisure, but the one that turned out to be the best was the Friday they got suspended. The 30th of June 2017 when they were not able to publish their Results on time. Made a clear £31,000 that day and then there was the day of the football match with the MM that was only £17,319 but the best day is still to come (very soon)

Now you are asking the correct questions LtdAxis, so we know you have been paying attention.
