I apologise Lolades78 I did not intend to offend you or anyone else. All I was doing was informing the B.B. of what occurred when I visited our assets in Italy. Very few investors do proper research, I did and I have take the BoD to task a few times but now all on excellent terms.

I have them on speed dial just like our share price.

Well I went to Northern Italy and seen the Land that has resulted in a potential €20 million legal claim (all because of shenanigans of previous directors & their Audit Committee.)

I also seen the Ondaland Water. Spent a few hours there checking out all the facilities and the security and even tried to circumvent re-entry after going back to my car for my sunglasses (this was a ploy on my part as I wanted to see if anyone could gain entry without paying, they could not as they had robust processes in place)

We bought some food for lunch and the system was that you had to order at a secure booth and you were given a ticket and then collected your food and drink at whatever vendor you were eating from. Nobody at the food outlets collected any money and there was a secure audit at the booth to ensure no jiggery pokery)

I then checked out the large in-door building that we paid €5 million to build so that the Water Park could operate 365 days and not just 3 months in the summer. The building was as if it was brand new. Well maintained. I spoke to many employees and this water park was a good money earner.

What posters may not be aware of is that for 6 years we were deprived of 50% of the profits which were about £1 million a year. The Sipiem legal claim which is being assessed by independent experts approved by the Court. Take it from me this is really Loss Adjusters. There is a claim and the two Large European Insurance Companies are involved with this assessment.

Now if we had taken control of Ondaland, would we have had to rely on Eufingest to support us for the past 5 years? Will we achieve redress for Clear Leisure not having been able to progress the Mediapolis Project?

Well, I am surprised that Francesco did a placing.

This is not his style contrary to the doomsayers. But obviously Francesco has plans to re-activate our Crypto Mining facility which with all the hype with Elon Musk and his purchase of $1.5 billion of Bitcoin last month will only be positive for LTH.

As Covid-19 restrictions are gradually removed throughout the world then there will be less impediments for Francesco to kick-start his EIS Investment Fund. That the one on our Home Page at http://www.clearleisure.co.uk/ where there is an interesting article about how Clear Leisure is looking to find the UK’s next Unicorn.

You will note that on this RNS they included the Insider Information clause and the time stamp of the RNS was 07:00:00 which most think this is normal, but it is not. Normally there are only 2 or 3 RNS’s issued with this time stamp but today there were 12 so potential for insider information leaks in a few companies today.

With hindsight I believe the placers had an opportunity to unload at up to 0.9p last week and that’s about 50%. Not bad if you are an Insider. My word is my bond and I keep it, not like some. Still waiting on my SAR from a particular Broker who said it would arrive by last Friday!

Ade2017 the following is a small selection of your Posts. I am at a loss if you have exited and done reasonably well, why you are saying what you are saying.

Any reasonably intelligent person would not re-visit a share and post the way you are posting. I interpret what you are implying is that you are smarter than the ones who are currently holding or are thinking of buying.

LtdAxis I have no issue with him. He managed to work out that CLP had mini spikes and bought low and often sold higher. Some were trapped with higher averages and if you continue to post along the lines you have been then I do not think anyone will be looking to your investments for information.

I know most of the LTH here and had their proxy votes a few years ago (sufficient to vote down the special resolution)

I talk and text on a regular basis to 5 or 6 of the LTH (some have even been re-incarnated with new identities)

I have built-up a good “investment relationship” with Francesco and although I can confirm he has never said anything which was not in the public domain, there is always a way to discover things if you know how.

Most on our B.B. will know I play chess most nights and I play not to win but just not to lose.

When one seeks information, you have to know what to ask a BoD and what not to ask and on my Zoom call in January I deliberately did not ask about a particular Court Case due within 2 or 3 weeks but just like at that AGM when there were 13 private shareholders present (one was the proxy for A Villa) I recall with great clarity the expression on Francesco’s face when we voted for the special resolution and the “thanks that he mouthed”.

Volume Yesterday

The total number of trades yesterday were 14,596 and the volume was 31,858,793 the value was £41,436,290 with an average trade price of £1.30

There were 65 late trades reported after 4:30pm with a volume of 4,345,896 and a value of £5,641,803.

If you are looking for superior dividends.

This is an unusual investment as it is not one you can trade online with HL. (only telephone dealing permitted)

I am gradually moving my Investments over to income producing shares and now only have two AIM Companies.

Fair Oakes Income Ltd is a share that trades on LSE but in US $.

The dividend income is interesting and currently they are paying about 1.8p (and due to go ex-dividend tomorrow) but they pay quarterly dividends and there is information within their RNS’s that if you look will “pay dividends”

This is a long-term hold for me.

PS I paid about 47p for my shares but had to pay the £50 telephone fee which was a bargain.

Then you must clearly read the TR1 RNS which was coerced out by myself dated 30th November 2016 and you will see that MR A Villa has “disposed of his entire shareholding” of 28 million shares.

Only 662 Million Shares

Normally with an AIM there can be billions of shares and endless placings but that is not the case with Clear Leisure.

Francesco does not do placings and abhors warrants.

I had these shares a few years ago and was fortunate to exit at a profit.

I will analysis the Annual Results tomorrow morning and hopefully they are what I am expecting, and they indicate when the dividends will be re-instated.

Different generation the Robinhood merry men & girls from myself.

I did take advantage from their implied intentions and had two small top slices at just over £1.50. As my average is just under £1.18 (less than the old McD’s coffer) I could not resist taking the opportunity. I have now managed to trade MTRO 14 times and only once did I incur a small loss.

Well with T W have some ocular issues all I can observe with my perfect eyesight is that the visitors to LSE main website on Wednesday (the day T W had some vision issues) there were 79,000 but by Friday there had been 83,000. You may think this is irrelevant but normally there are only normally a maximum of 1,000 of visitors a day.

Now T W, with his ocular disadvantage, would not have seen the relevance of the visitors to LSE main website but I have it on excellent authority that the FCA recommend visiting a trusted associate if you want to be informed. Obviously do not be distracted by T W as he has some erectile issues and has not been able to stand up to the trajectory of a rampant share.

Chianti Update

Did not have access to the red stuff till after 8pm because I was fielding calls all day and I had to take my granddaughter home today after she stayed with us for two days (after her family had to shield for 10 days or whatever) She tried to wangle a third sleep-over but as Chianti was calling, I managed to persuade the 4-year-old to take a sleep-over at her place. Nothing to do with an addition, honest!

At the time of this Post, I have partaken on a second bottle of red (also listening to a Meatloaf recording on the TV)

Today was the beginning of the re-rate. Today will probably be tomorrow by the time I have compiled this Post.

I have said previously I record trade data but this week I stopped recording the daily trades, but I still record some data.

The LSE main website says the volume is 67.8 million, but LSE South East has it as 51.9 million (21,366,978 & 30,542,524 = 51,909,502) A DISCREPTANCY OF 15.9 million.

Now when you look at the last 6 trades which are all delayed it equates to 8.9 million and it then gets my brain in to overdrive and I ask the question “why is there a discrepancy? Why does it not compute? What are they hiding?

My brother lived in Germany for over 40 years and he said that their Stock-Exchange always recorded sales as sales and buys as buys.

I understand why the Market Makers must deceive some but who benefits from this? If everybody is selling, then so what? Let everyone dump. If everyone is buying, then good on them as they are positive for their investment. But the system must accommodate certain undesirables and the Retail buyers will always be at a disadvantage.

Two weeks ago, my laptop died. A week later my daughter bought me a new laptop (how kind of her and obviously it had nothing to do with the £20,000 we gave them recently for a deposit on their first home)

All my research is on the old laptop and some has been retrieved but at present I do not know what is missing. I will search over the weekend for some snippets that our now shareholders may like to be aware of.

PS I have a few trusted friends and one asked today at 4:20pm if FG would be doing a placing. Well, I can say with 100% confidence he will not place at the present time. I will expand on this over the weekend. I will also attempt to mine my research (what I have recovered as there are a few things that new shareholders should be aware of)
