Euro Markets seem to be performing better than the futures at 6am suggested. Fingers crossed. Maybe not another bloodbath today.

so who's selling and who's holding? I held through the last week or so's bloody bath.(though wished I'd sold 20% of my BP shares at 399 as I suggested to a friend who did..!) My shares have rebounded nicely, but my funds have been trashed. I'm about 50/50 shares/funds in value so am around 3% down in total for the last month. Expecting another 2-3% drop today, maybe 5% total before order sets back in.

Nice oil price! Despite that however, I am considering selling 20% of my holding on the basis we have seen a very strong multi day rise, and over the past year, each time this has happened, we have seen a drop back. I sold 20% when it hit £3.55 and rebought at £3.16.
Will the pattern repeat? I don’t have enough time/resources to fully research, but even if it doesn’t retrace, it’s still profit in the bank. I’ll see where the movement is today and then decide. Any thoughts anyone?

Trading update RNS just released. Looks positive.

All tech stocks are under pressure worldwide. China, Japan, US. This is bound to have an effect here.

Tacet, good to see you back again. Your chart on twitter seems to show 330 is a pretty nice place to be in the medium term (assuming your average is at or below 330).
Selling at £4.50-£5 would seem to be the sensible point. It does seem to be a long term trade though. Any thoughts?

Distribution of Zinnwald Shares owned by Bacanora



The Zinnwald Board notes today's announcement by Bacanora Lithium plc ("Bacanora") regarding the distribution in specie of the shares held by Bacanora in Zinnwald to Bacanora's shareholders. The distribution of these shares, representing 30.9 per cent. of Zinnwald's issued share capital, will happen on 22 December 2021.



Anton du Plessis, CEO of Zinnwald said:

"I am pleased to welcome the Bacanora shareholders to Zinnwald and I look forward to updating all shareholders in the new year on progress at the Zinnwald Lithium Project and our plans to further advance the asset."

Well, I sold 25% of my holding a bit back as it was a nice profit and I was a bit top heavy, but it's very tempting to buy back again at these prices. Will wait till after US open to see which way it's going! Could be an easy win around 4pm.
