Glad to return from hols to yesterday's promising sounding RNS's. We already know the results in just over two weeks will be excellent. And it sounds like the EDM acquisition is proving as transformational as was hoped. Plus there's the strong likelihood of more heavily earnings-enhancing acquisitions. XLM really should be trading at nearer 90p-100p imo given forecasts of 7.39p EPS next year and stripping out the $40m+ cash pile - with a 2.7p dividend this year too, rising to 3.54p next year.

I already had an initial stake here for interest and managed to top up first thing at 159.5p. Looks like a great earnings-enhancing deal, and KWS still have firepower for further acquisitions. Interesting to see by how much forecasts will be upgraded.

CAR have confirmed to me that the next trading statement is "likely to be" on the day of the AGM, i.e 3rd September. Not long to wait.

CRE have confirmed to me that, in accordance with the new rules, they're no longer issuing IMS's. The AGM is soon, on 7th September, so hopefully we'll get an update on the positivity in the prelims outlook statement.

Just to note that last year saw an "ahead of expectations" year end trading update on 10th September, against the 9th October update the prior year. So hopefully not long to go!
