A diary note - the AGM is on 1st September, so not long now. Hopefully the update will reflect the confidence in June's results: "The group has delivered a strong operational and financial performance through the year and is well placed and focussed to drive further growth opportunities in the current year and beyond."

I was right in the first place - the link I posted actually shows that RNWH's Shepley Engineers carried out the Speakers Court refurb works together with Allenbuild: Http://www.allenbuild.co.uk/case-studies/parliamentary-works.php So I was on the right track, just on the wrong train (Allenbuild rather than Shepley)! Moving up once again. The two latest forecasts from Shore and Canaccord average out at 14.83p EPS this year and 17.66p EPS next year. There are also 9.0p and 10.35p dividends respectively. SCH had £103m cash and available for sale investments at 31/12/15, against the £370m m/cap, i.e 28% of the m/cap. So SCH are currently trading on an ex-cash P/E of just 12 for this year and 10.1 for next year. Which strikes me as extremely cheap.

This is encouraging. So they seem to be a lot happier with the situation now.

(a) Cenkos say Buy and calculate OPG made 7.1p historic adjusted EPS to 31/3/16. They note that results were broadly in line with forecasts at £50.7m EBITDA (which is actually above £50.4m Cenkos forecast). There is a deferred tax charge resulting from the difference between Indian GAAP and IFRS depreciation treatment, but using the current year tax charge, adjusted EPS was 7.1p against 7p forecast. They forecast 8p EPS this year and 9.3p EPS next year. (b) Cantor retain their Buy and 130p target price and note that results were broadly in line with consensus for EBITDA, and were ahead of forecasts re net debt, though below their own EBITDA and PBT forecasts. They note the same tax timing difference factor. Q1'17 revenues of £57m are well above their own annualised £212m forecasts if sustained. They forecast 7.7p EPS this year and 10.8p EPS next year.

FinnCap have increased their target price to 69p, the second such increase since 19th July (up from 61p at that time). They also upgrade this years forecasts, with EPS now expected to increase by 18% this year: "... assuming nine months of contribution, we lift our sales estimate by £1.5m (+6%) and EBITDA and EPS by +3% each. The sales adjustment is just shy of +£1.6m, which could be assumed by pro-rating Covalent's strong H1, which has been boosted recently by project work and therefore leaves room for outperformance. An expected EBITDA lift of +£0.2m reflects +£1.26m of cash operating costs, post £50k of assumed synergies."

But at 71p OPG remain on a current year P/E of only 9.6 based on forecast consensus 7.43p EPS from 3 analysts. And Cenkos forecast 9.3p EPS next year, with Cantor going for 10.81p EPS.

Good volumes too, with 1.45m traded already and a load of AT (institutional?) buying. As stated elsewhere: "Liberum project eps of 6.0p this year and 6.3p next year with corresponding dividends of 2.42p and 2.61p respectively. Compared to this mornings Offer price of 41p, that represents a PER of 6.8 this year and 6.5 next year with a corresponding yield of 5.90% and 6.35% respectively. Furthermore, their current price target of 71p would still only represent a PER of circa 12 based on current metrics."

A late reported trade of 100,000 at 26p, and 25,000 just bought at 28p, a full 1p above the published 27p offer....looking good.

SCSW briefly updated on BLTG in Saturday's issue, concluding "Keep on buy list", and noting that Panmure had increased their forecasts by 5% for this year and next year.

The Times reported yesterday that MPs are to move out of Westminster to Richmond House to enable the complete overhaul of Westminster/Parliament. This is estimated at costing around £4billion....
