The share price fell to a ridiculous level imo based on small investors' stop losses being hit/the trading update taking longer than prior periods. Hopefully back to 25p-30p now. An update on EBITDA as per last year would have been preferable, but I suspect that discussions with auditors as to what to separate out above and below the line for Innovenn etc will go to the wire for the year end dependent on what happens and when with Integumen. It shouldn't be long before we get an update on the Integumen IPO, at which point no doubt the year end figures will be finalised. So hopefully further positive news flow soon!

FYI these are Finncap's conclusions from last month's note issued after the year end trading update: "Today's year-end update is comfortably ahead of revised guidance and confirms an extremely strong FY16, driven by both organic and acquired growth. Thanks to the company's aggressive consolidation strategy, Keywords is now uniquely positioned to capitalise on key trends, namely industry growth, the push to outsource and consolidation of suppliers. We therefore feel confident that the company's strong track record will continue and we upgrade our forecasts accordingly. We move to an out of consensus FY17E adj. PBT of €20.6m, while our target price moves from 500p to 692p and we retain our Buy recommendation." "692p target price – based on 23x FY18 P/E (649p) in addition to 43p/share that we attribute to the group's disposable cash resources which are often used to make earnings accretive acquisitions. Out of the c.€14m of disposable funds, we assume €10m is likely to be utilised by FY18 – prudent considering that €21.7m was invested in FY16 and that Keywords may look to extend its current RCF beyond the €15m which it is at present (less than 1x FY16 EBITDA). For the record, Jefferies' new forecasts are: last year : 32.9c EPS this year : 36.6c EPS At 202.5p, that's a current year P/E of just 6.8 based on 29.6p EPS at a $1.235 exchange rate. At 330p, Jefferies' target price, that would still be a P/E of only 11.1.

Nice - the first buy at 16p just now. Results are on 27th March, so hopefully this run-up will continue until then, and beyond given that we know the results will be good.

Their Signature Flight Support division performed strongly and had good results, and they also had this to say about the new JV with GMAA: "In December we completed the transaction to combine the aircraft management and charter business, acquired through the acquisition of Landmark Aviation, with Gama Aviation's US aircraft management business. The combined business, which is named Gama Aviation Signature Aircraft Management, is one of the largest aircraft management and charter businesses in the world with around 200 airplanes under management. It also offers our Signature business the opportunity to provide support in terms of its global FBO network, hangar space, line maintenance and engine support capability." The outlook for Signature also augurs well for the JV: "We completed the significant acquisition of Landmark Aviation, which materially expanded the Signature network, and made further investment in Ontic's IP protected licence portfolio. We executed the successful integration of 62 new FBOs into the Signature FBO network, delivering greater cost synergies more rapidly than originally anticipated..... .....As a result Signature comprises the majority of the Group and has a global network of over 200 FBOs that can meet more of the needs of our customers at most of the locations they want to fly to.
