Dibs a raise of £6m won't cause existing shareholders much dilution, as we have pretty much bought at cash value. You cannot dilute a liquid asset. However as the market cap is £300k over cash value it may dilute us 20%. This dilution should be made up quickly by a bull market which will push the share price higher than the relist price due to speculation. I expect a bull market here to at least 5x my investment, dependant on how the directors approach a deal

I completely agree JH, only 20% downside if liquidated in 6months (which i highly doubt), however massive upside when this relists, i would say 5p+ when the board greet us with their long and waited plans. Greggs loaded up, i advise SH to hold and not panic, i suspect many will come to regret selling when this relists

Upon a doom and gloom suspension there are usually major board changes, with hopeless directors coming on board for an easy income. This is followed by no director buys as they were always time wasters and wanted no part of the company. In CCAPs case, the two directors have remained from the very beginning, who both show a massive level of experience. Not only this but just before suspension Gregg has decided that he wants to buy 1% of the company. He must know of some value that will be added soon and wants to own a piece of the pie himself. Lets not forget the £1.2m in the bank that is shareholders safe bet that even if this goes tits up, the majority of any investment will be recouped. I highly doubt liquidation will be an option here

This is really dependent on whether you believe in Nick and Greggs experience. I do hence why I'm buying and holding

Mr Henley is out, share price held up, must be a major buyer picking up these shares. Possibly a tr1 buying tomorrow

Lets not forget that the director finally bought 1% of the company. Just a few days before it may be suspended. I see that as great news. A nice RNS dropping tomorrow or Monday? We shall see

They are trading half their pot in an attempt to get as many shares here as possible. If it was a quick trade they would have dumped the lot yesterday. Something is definitely afoot here

They would not buy 12% of this company for no reason. They must have some investment connections with the directors. An investment deal has closed??? What have the directors been doing the last year, no updates yet. Maybe a huge RNS coming on Friday?

This is going straight back to 3p soon watch this space. The director finally buying 7 days before a potential suspension is great news. No way would he buy now if nothing was going to happen, he wouldn't buy shares here himself if they didnt have a plan. I think we will see a steady rise up to 2p before friday. GL all holders for having the balls to hold. This has been majorly derisked now. Well done

This was my first entry point here. Still extremely cheap. Watch this fly back to 3p asap once more and more realise the potential here

I'm invested here too by the way. But just tipping CCAP for the day. Many have not even realised the news there. I'm predicting 3p there soon imo

After a whole year of nothing, the director suddenly starts buying shares rapidly. 7 days before suspension he buys 4 lots if CCAP shares. Thats a massive indication of where this is going

I'm putting a 3p target on this one, short short term, over the next 7 days. Watch this space.

Remember that this dropped from 3p per share just 2 weeks ago, due to fear of liquidation here. Now that the director has bought a large stake here, and not that a new company has just picked up 12% of CCAP. I believe this to be completely derisked.
