a DA. Microsoft are clearly investing into IOT's right now, this month, now. Take that as you wish, i personally believe Tern would be a wise DA for Microsoft. 100p incoming?

That is a £600m company.... Terns market cap is just £35m and imo offers the best IOT of any company in the space

No denial for a 40% rise is great news. If news was false the board would have logged an RNS yesterday claiming "they know of no reason for the recent rise in share price" this was not the case tho!!! Why? Big rise inbound and people are loading up, looks at the volume

Huge volume of buys coming in, this is going back up to 16p soon, who else bought the dip?

16p will be wiped out in seconds upon speculation conformation, i was thinking more like 30p

Consolidation at these levels is good, i expect a bounce up to a higher level over the next few weeks

This one is going straight to 100p

And it was obvious MMs would drop the bid to take out a few stop losses. I truly reckon 20p today or tomorrow here

If claims were fake the company would have released a "we know of no reason for the recent rise" RNS. The fact this hasnt been released leads me to believe something is brewing

The rise started on the 17th February, and a response from the company didn't come until the 5th March. Gees is talking absolute rubbish about Tern needed to respond on the day. If they responded today the rumours would have been debunked swiftly. Clearly something is brewing here since we finish strong on the close. Clearly not a p and d. Good luck all holding here i really hope this gets to 48p+, 100p would be fairer value for this company however.

G.rees, if a share rises due to a rumour (40% up in today's case) The company must as soon as possible, release an RNS to debunk such rumours. If the rumours are true, it will take longer for the BOD to release an RNS as they usually cannot disclose sensitive information about such a deal, due to contractual clauses. As a result this RNS will be very carefully worded, neither denying or confirming the claims. In my opinion i think good news is coming due to the continued rise seen into the market close. This DOES NOT occur when a stock is pumped, because shares are usually dumped by market close. A strong finish is good news.

If rumours are true expect a massive upside surge, i would rather be in this than out of it thats for sure

MMs holding this back to collect sells, this one will fly so high on any indication of a potential buy out. And if Microsoft is involved you can bet this one will make GME look like child play
