7.3p values all of Terns investments. Tern have invested in multiple companies as well as DA. Some here are under the impression that DA is worth the 7.3p NAV. No doubt all of these investments will be cash hungry soon, who will get diluted??? US THE INVESTORS

Hold till 10p and ignore the new information where AS is asking for permission to dilute us. No doubt this will be passed because TERN is an investing company that needs money. Ill buy back in on the discounted placing.

The facts are that the NAV here is 7.3p which was mentioned only a month ago. Some here are stating their opinions of a £1 valuation as if it is factual. No doubt a lot of new investors got spiked at 30p because of these individuals. Fair value is 10-12p imo, with the potential of £1 per share in about 2-3 years

Zooter I'm glad I'm not the only one here with common sense and not blinded from emotional attachment to this share. Invest with your brain not your heart. DA will definitely do well long term

Yes i was bullish on this and if you bought at 13.5p and sold at 30p you would have made a killing. Infact you would still be up. However news of a potential placing turns my bullish opinion here into a bearish one. The massive drop from 30p would indicate that I'm not the only one who has been put off this one due to the impending 15% dilution at most likely 7.3p.

This is a great company its a shame the likes of Camkite love to pump this one up and worst still continues to ramp this stock at 30p/20p to spike more and more noobies. Those levels are clearly over valuing Tern, unless ofcourse AS manages to complete an asset disposal. Fair value here is 12p per share (NAV is only 7.3p so be careful, i could be wrong about 12p)

I got knocked for saying this was going to go back down after the pump and dump. Especially by Camkite, the fact of the matter is that this company is overvalued right now, Nav at 7.5p and dilution coming soon. I am bullish here but not at these levels, DA has a couple of months to go before sale negotiations will commence in my opinion. No doubt this will multibag from here once good news starts to be released

You misinterpret my intentions, these boards aren't to be one sided. New news presents new arguments, and possible change in opinion. A good business can also hold bad news sometimes, you have been doing this a long time, therefore should understand this concept. A share dilution suggested by AS is terrible news especially because many here were under the impression that dilution was off the table. My opinions are not here to bash a share and certainly not here to offend you or any other investor. I will you well.

I have to admit I'm not a fan of Grees but he was absolutely correct about AS being super sneaky and finding a way to dilute all investors here. 50million new shares has been officially suggested.

Remove emotion from your investments. It will make you more money. Imagine if you sold at 30p and bought double the amount of shares at 15p or even today at 18p.

Rhodi with respect i did believe this was going to £1 per share based on the DA buy out rumours on twitter, however this was clearly smoke and mirrors. I do believe that DA will be bought out in the next 2-5 years which the director has alluded to (by increasing the value of DA further before a sale) which is the best way to do it imo. Unfortunately this buy out doesn't seem likely soon hence why i think this will be moving back to sub 15p soon. Its a hard bullet to bite but with the directors putting a NAV of 7.5p on this, its to be expected

The directors have stated that this company is only worth around 7.5 per share. This is obviously an under valuation but certainly not worth the price at these levels, unless there are rumours of a DA buy out. Those twitter rumours have passed and not come to fruition a few months later. Clearly a pump and dump occured here over the last week, i just feel bad for the noobies who bought at 30p, they are currently 33% out of pocket within the space of a few days. Unless a Microsoft buy out is rumoured again, 30p will not be seen again for a while. I will definitely be topping up again back at 10p though. This is just my opinion and take on the situation here, if anyone disagrees thats fair game. Long term (2-5 years) i am confident we will see £1 here.

Noobies got suckered in at the top while everyone unloaded on them. Its unfortunate. This company is great though, but fair value at todays value would be around 15p per share

Watch this space. Once RTO is announced we will see 10p minimum here

I must admit some here have thrown bonkers valuations around. I believe TERN has value hence why I'm invested, but i feel a lot here are in fantasy land.

Didnt we already know about FDO a couple weeks ago from the article which confirmed this? Nothing in the RNS hints towards a Microsoft takeover or buy out. Disappointing to say the least, hopefully better news tonight

Ofcourse there will be good news here soon. The directors of a share being suspended will not purchase shares a day before suspension if they didnt plan on giving this share all they have. Also they own 2% of the company so a lot of incentive to get things cracking here. 500% rise coming here imo
