You could look at the JPM Claverhouse Trust.
It has a similar remit to CTY and as such holds some of the same UK Bluechips but not all.
Also their div record is not as good as here but it's still pretty impressive given the black swan events over the last 20 years or so
The hindsighters forget all that Tzap - They forget how millions of people were scared witless by not just the virus but their income collapsing. I remember at the time labour saying they should move faster and forget the consequences.
Some people have selective memory loss
Looks that way Walkers, don't get me wrong, I'm a Tory (I never mention this in the pub these days haha) and am pretty embarassed by the last few years. Especially by that Buffon Boris.
But when I look at the Labour front bench it fills me with dread. Only Sunak or Mordant can give us a shred of international credibility back.
You lefties who keep drumming on about 'democracy' and 'we should have an election' are deluded.
On what planet do you think the Tories would call an election now? Would the lefties under similar circumstances?
Of course not so 2024 it is
All we can do is sit tight now Sitiain - Those idiots in No10 & 11 along with that lunatic Putin have damaged us for years to come. It's not just REIT's as well, I have some fair holdings in infrastructure and they've been equally clobbered.
There goes the early ish retirement

I guess that depends what the bank of england does with rates.
If not called and they did dip below 100p I'd be a buyer, current inflation aside, the coupon is all but guaranteed and until recently has been two or three times better than inflation
