I think we need to take a couple of other things into consideration here; there is both the' reporter' writing this article saying things and Mr T saying things. The reporter is paraphrasing Mr T, not based on the extensive knowledge that we have, based on our extensive shared research, but based on a limited bias. Best looking at what came from the horses mouth (i.e. within the quotation marks) and think for ourselves of a more appropriate, more educated paraphrase IMO.... Secondly, since this is now before Parlaiment, Mr T wouldn't want to say anything that might influence the outcome of their deliberations in any way, and all things considered, HIS ACTUAL RESPONSE to the reporter seems to be a case of, if you must err, err on the side of caution....I am actually encouraged by this DYOR :)
