Tom. Agree got a lot in shares now so time to stand back and when they rise move them around a bit, to diversify have been buying a bit of gold but knowing me it will drop, at least it's not at it's all time high at the mo !!

Good recovery after ex dividend, just a week to get back to its pre leval and a nice dividend to come pity it's nearly a two month wait, but nevertheless something to look forward too.

Finished at 16.10p here's hoping to pass the year high of 16.12p tomorrow ?

Not quite back to pre dividend price 15.90p plus 19p makes 16.09p.but made it this morning 15.95p plus 19p 16.14p

Don't worry recovery will happen before next ex dividend date in three months

Same position couple of weeks back bought royal mail for the dividend of 16.3p only dropped 7p ex dividend day, and within a week back over the buying price by 3p, covered the dealing cost when I sold to buy BP who also go ex dividend tomorrow and are 30p up on my buying price of 552p. Only hope glaxo do the same! But will not be selling a dividend every three months make them a hold for me.

Would be nice to finish tomorrow at 16.20p, that would be a good week before ex dividend !!

All shares down last couple of days due to the drop in the FT and the increase in the base rate. Hope the week finishes on a upturn tomorrow, been moving a few shares around and moved a bit into BP, they go ex on the 9th, did ok with royal mail after a quick recovery ex dividend, so need everything to go north now !
