I have seen this. I am however a little confused at the almost identical names. I can see how the error has occured :( Oh well I will just stick to my RGI,C and UKC shares.

Ok mate thanks for the advice. I can ony wait and see what happens on the 12 of next month. It may have been an error on the website i was using. Oh well its only money. Lucky it was only £400. As I said just a small tester punt. Anyway seems to have gone up a tiny bit lol.

ex divi date was 15th apr divi paid on 12th may 5.15p I got the shares at 8p now 7p but were 6p when I posted the info. Seem to be a good fund though and produced a 6.7% profit last month.

go to their website it is stated on their. I saw it from a post by someone on here about a site for ex divi dates. I could not believe an 85% to share value divi but I took apunt just in case before going to the website. FJP did me a favour on JLP and posted some info for me to read. He joked and asked me to send him a fiver so instead I posted the info on srs. Oh well never mind!

Is what iI use. No problems. Theres just not many shares around I think. as I said before 51% owned by D.E.S. holdings. 25% by investment bankers etc and the other 1/4 by the average punter!

This is not a penny share! The price is quoted in cents here eg 37 cents not 0.37 cents. so this is .3 to .4 of a dollar. This is not aimed at you Glover, just the other folk on here that do not research properly. These were 10 dollars each before the crash and soon will be again in my humble opinion. GL all.

Yes mate. Lets face it the two top blokes in the company own more than half the issued stock so really in their interest to get things right and start returning a strong divi to themselves. This in mind they are being extremely sensible in their approach. Top spec properties in one of the most expensive locations in the world. In fact the best location which has the most billionaires in the world. They cant go wrong. Its not what you know its who you know and these guys also have some friends in high places i am lead to believe. Good luck mate.

Look at the loss they posted for this Year. Look carefully and you will discover that it is a paper loss, a write down on the valuation of their landbanks only. Land that was already bought and paid for a long time before the resession! they didnt pay anything near what the land was valued at anyway , so in effect they have made no loss. Then look at the year previous and how much money they made from the sale of one property. They are a bloody good firm in my opinion and are doing all the right things. Lets see what happens to the SP after they finish the shopping centre and sell that, rent that or whatever they do with it. End of Q2 this year!

Anyone that has researched this share, even just a little bit must see that this is very undervalued. soon enough this will be back up to the dizzy heights it once was. I for one will be taking every opportunity to buy more when the price dips. Take a look at the amount of shares available, This is why the price moves so easily on small volume sales. 3-5 years time these will be worth a lot more than today.

Thanks mate for your kind words. Ireally have a good feeling about this company. It would be good to see some more investors getting into this. You are right with what you have said, at this price its a steal.
