Panmure gordon Current rating BUY. I have always wanted to get into a company who hold an undervalued portfolio. This company own 26600 apartments around all the major cities in Germany. Last years loss due mainly to a massive refurbishment programme. Since this the company rental has increased by @25 million a year. Good times ahead.

Which way is this going to go over the next few years? IPO over subscribed at £1 per share and already 33% up! Havent even made any money yet! Hmmm.

I will say again. There really arnt that many of these shares available to the average joe at the moment as 75% of the issued shares are held by the management and investment bankers. When these go they will really go! IMO DYOR. GL all.

As over half the issued stock is owned by the two big dogs in the company it seems in their interests to make it happen. I agree somewhat risky, bu thats where the potential returns are right. I am 97% up on my portion of top sliced shares now. Theyare one of the first shares i bought back in Nov and managed to average down to 14 cents. I only hold 1500 However these are now free for me. I would like to try and free up some cash to buy some more. even at the current price they are well undervalued with a NAV around 4 dollars. I am going to transfer the shares into an ISA to take fulladvantage of the returns which IMO will be substancial over the next ten years. I am aiming for retirement at 42 (i have 9 years to go) I think these will help me on my way. Godd Luck Mate!
