I think the point is about positive income compared to value. SDIC have money in the bank, assets which were bought for less than the cost of new builds and an increasing rental yield ( it has increased from 50 mil to 75 mil) I agree with you that OTE will have upside but not this side of next XMAS until debts are sorted and they can get their tenants to pay market value for their rental properties instead of tenants negotiating big discounts to stop themselves going out of business.
