I am with you.... A risk too far in the current market.... Another one those interesting stories still to unfold. An AIM challenge that many forget the spread......often large rises followed by the latest "BOOOM" post without regard for the size of the spread. Time and time again i see people getting very excited when a price goes up 10% while the spread is 8-9%. What ever ticks their box...lol

Although i am no longer a stakeholder. I do remember that Shaft were in some insurance backed export scheme, i think this was guaranteed against Non payment. Although this would not have protected against litigation, it may have against the outstanding amounts owed. I am sure also that Shaft had stated a lot earlier that they had get out clauses in the contract. It will really depend how water tight these are. This could be a poker game by Eurochem as the cost of foreign litigation can be long drawn out, tie up valuable resources and be costly, even if successful. I do hope that things turnaround for everyone here. GL

I am still invested but a much reduced holding. It is concerning with the current situation regarding the accident. I am still waiting for things to settle down at the moment. This may have an impact in the short term as we have seen, it should come good once the outcome is given and the business at that shaft continues. As long as this has no noticeable impact on the business then the positive news should start to come through. Hope you are keeping well. I have not been around much as i have been busy. Gl. Next few days should decide whether i am back into the market, but at the moment i am 75% cash really waiting for a noticeable change in sentimment.

Nothing has changed, the business is still winning contracts and building up a record order book. That should secure the future over the comming years. Hope you both secured the final dividend of 4.8p. If the company maintain the interim dividend this year then that will be another 2.4p. And of course if you have in your ISA its tax free. That is equivalent of 10%+ if you added the tax you would have to earn. The market is definitely have an effect on most shares, best to be in good one with out too much speculation priced in. GL

Agree, We are all Independent thinkers thats the whole point and that is strength of the board. We all have are own mind when comes to investing and we respect that. That is what is great here, the chance to look at a good selection of opportunites and perspectives on those opportunities. It is great to get yours, joncs and others input on this board, they are always well thought out and time has been spend trying to find them and i appreciate the effort that it takes to find those opportunities. The purpose of the board is to find opportunities which can be used by everyone. It does not mean that every identified will fall into everyones category for investing, but more an objective contribution from who evers posts it. The descending triangle i stated clearly was a bearish pattern but in certain circumstances and certain trending patterns combined with a upward breakout can offer an opportunity. TA is a method That does not offer a blind mans means of making money, its about probabilty of making a correct decision and the above statement relating to descending triangles is an objective and observation by myself. You can disagree with it and say that under no circumstances would you itake that opportunity and i respect that. I am not here to defend TA for me it is just one part (tool) of the equation i would use to make a decision. I agree with comment about the LLoys board, no board should be used for that purpose. But thats no reason to trash every board, they each have there own rythem and humour and the lloyds board is no different. Polar and Doji, shipmate and others can look after that very well. We know there are other boards where serious dicussion can take place and do. So enjoy each board for own unique group of contributors. Just an opinion. You are welcome to make a valid contribution, if that is your intension. As the more experienced people contribute the better. GL

You are making an assumption that everyone on here is a child and are all novices. Please do not make that assumption. Just because we do not always post a chart does not mean we need educating by yourself. We can make our own judgements as to the vaidity or otherwise as opposed to some other boards. So if you feel the nescessity to educate everyone on here because you are above everyone here, then go head. But i for one will be leaving this board, which is a shame, because i have enjoyed the contributions and the purpose of this board. So if you feel you above everyone else interests then go ahead.

That is a shame..... Because you posts adds nothing in way of a serious contribution and in fact does a great disservice to TA. No where in your have you made any attempt to contribute to picking likely good investments or a qualified reason. I am disappointed that you feel it necessary to post on here for no other reason than your own self gratification. I respect your TA.....but i do question why you feel it nescessary to bring your grips here when there are many others Who are willing to make a valid contribution. So please can you take you grievences somewhere else. Thank you mate. GL
