...Miguel Perry.....28 Mar 2015 12:04
...if he is advising SISG, then he is going to be the key architect of their strategy and may well have been instrumental in formulating the PXF facility which is so crippling for AMI. Putting the AM Eng facility into admin, no doubt 'knocks' a few creditors and had little value anyway as it was personnel based.
The more I think about this, the more sceptical I become - the suspension, the flights and negotiations in Honk Kong, the use of the rail and logistics by Marampa, the PXF scam - I feel that FT, Shandong, GOSL et al were in this up to their necks and had only one outcome in mind.....hit the shareholders, bondholders, suppliers and Renaissance and then start again.
On the face of it, they have won and maybe they will ultimately, but life is not always quite so straightforward and whilst Timis got away with it at Marampa, I have a hunch he might not be so lucky a second time.... Miguel Perry is the one I fear most.....I got absolutely hammered in the ENRC fiasco and guess who was advising the Oligarchs...
