AJB - plenty of posters on here are getting responses (not saying they are positive) - do you think it may be down to you??

To achieve what AJB? - many people find your repititions immensely annoying as you don’t add anything new to our discussions. If you had spoken to the Company and posted your feedback you would get more respect than you do by just whining every day

I know the truth and have spoken (and met) AC on several occasions (unlike you) - I’ve told him of my dissatisfaction with managing expectations and the delays - I just don’t say the same things endlessly on this forum every day

You can just imagine some fast talking scam merchant selling the BH story to our gullible public school twits (BOD) !!!!

He is rapidly building a major stake - I wonder if taking the Company private (with a leveraged buyout) has crossed his mind - just as we are about to get the machine going (happy to let him if he offered 20p ++ per share)

The annual report and its a little depressing
- still 2 major permits outstanding and delayed
- more challenges to existing permits expected
- the delays mean that insufficient funds are available to complete the mine = further fund raising

I am out at the moment but may reconsider as the share price drifts lower

Fully agree Sarge although he won't stop his moaning because (in his deluded world) he believes he is a loan voice criticising ZEN whilst we don't see the problems (which we clearly do)

Colonel - also don’t forget that there are only 30% ish shares in PI’s hands so a buy back program could have a significant effect for a relatively small outlay

The share price and still the Directors don’t consider this ‘compelling investment ‘ cheap enough to buy

I bet the Institutional Investors are not too happy - they could have got in quite a bit cheaper. Hopefully they will talk to management about their 'Compelling Investment'

Colonel - just for clarification the $13 million ball mill will not mean an instant reduction in profits - it will be capitalised as a fixed asset and depreciated over many years (not clear how many) and will probably mean a $2m to $3m affect on annual profits. On a separate note - are they going to capitalise the drill program?? (does anybody know)

I try and start my postings with praising the BOD for the mine - on time / on budget / producing on plan etc but they really know how to destroy a party by their lack of commitment both personally (not buying - despite producing presentations saying this is a 'compelling investment') and also not committing to use Company / Shareholder funds on buy backs or divi's. I realise the whole sector are down due to the POG but Hum are a Company that should be substantially exceeding sector averages with the work done so far. I can see the share price drifting lower still if the Board don't start being imaginative (its not rocket science) with our funds

Now that we are out of the Close period do you think the Directors will be loading up??

I couldn’t make the presentation last night - is there any feedback from attendees? My guess would be all the same stuff we’ve heard before??

They are trying to get something out before tomorrow's presentation - they don't how much the mine life has been improved and there is no announcement on Buy backs / Dividends etc (so this can't be announced in the meeting either) - they will probably confirm that the cash position has improved. Personally, i don't believe the interims will be that great as the period includes the ramp up and they are probably not yet at optimum cost per oz - but a positive commentary in the interims could be a help. Overall we need another quarter of hitting production targets and maybe at the end of Q3 net debt will be eliminated plus an extension of mine life (and maybe also the POG will recover) If all these metrics are hit then I am sure we will have a re-rate.

Agree with your frustrations Cyb - just for clarity - most people on here agree with what AJB has to say its just that he clutters up the board saying it endlessly (and bizarrely he thinks he's a loan voice) AC is doing a poor job particularly managing expectations (and thus the share price) I, and others, have told him of our disappointment although AC is unlikely to leave as he has a large shareholding. - then (having predicted all this) AJB buys more stock!!!!

Why Ajb bleats so much and doesn’t sell - we all know the problems and Ajb thinks bleating on here will change things - he has had many people tell him the same thing and he can’t get any response from the company and still can’t change his approach

Kels - doesn't matter how many times we tell AJB that we all care about the share price - he doesn't listen. The difference is that some of us have a dialogue with Zenith but they won't respond to AJB as he has irritated them. So all he does is post the same questions on here (he also won't turn up at investor events or call AC or the Zenith office)
