I am new to this board and looking to buy into LVCG - my research so far has picked a couple of issues
1. Has growth stalled as the anticipated Revenue in the second half of 2018 is the same as the first half?
2. The Bright Bricks acquisition was on a vast multiple to earnings (I realise there will be synergy benefits to the acquisition) ??

Mud - great summary - I fully agree that costs are too high and 3 listings seem crazy. Italy contributing very little and should be sold and focus on Azer - just get the effing oil out of the ground. How can the next 50 days be so important when the rigs haven't arrived yet??

How does AC expect the 50 days until the end of the year to be so important as we are still waiting for the rigs?. I wonder if they are really drilling at C37 with the smaller rig currently on site??

Black - I didn't do much more than report the call. Am I satisfied? - not totally as they still haven't communicated the situation and I suspect the share price will fall away further (I have sold some to maybe buy back lower)

If they will issue news after close of trading this afternoon - bit of a cowards time to do it!!!

This is a recovery play - H1 earnings were 0.8p and H2 = 1.2p - debt has been paid down and new facilities and plant (for hire) purchased. Costs have been reduced and the Board now have Options that can only be cashed if the share price reaches 15p. I am not saying nothing can go wrong but it certainly looks encouraging - surely they will forecast earning 2.4p plus which gives a PE ratio of about 2.7. Would 20p be out of the question??

Bought 300,000 this morning - all showing as sells

Had a conversation with Bert - summary
1. They hope to advise the market on new guidance / costs etc early next week - they are collating all the info and double checking as they realise it has to be accurate (if they had to advise again in a few weeks they would look like real idiots)
2. He was confident the crack issue could be sorted and is confident its a 'one off'
3. Instutional Investors are right behind them - none have sold and some have added.
4. I asked them if a stockpile of Ore would have maintained throughputs - he said that they normally keep 3 months stockpiled but the rainy season depleted this
5. Current cash balance still OK and the stock of gold at the end of Q2 was effectively further cash
6. Confident next year will be back on track to hit annual volumes
He had to rake another call so didn't get the chance to cover BH and other areas

Personally I am relieved its only 20 million shares - I had a feeling that cash was low (and more needed for drilling etc) and I had feared that it would be a huge volume.

For several years Dan and team got everything right (the mine build on time and on budget etc) and right up until the 30th June it was virtually faultless. In the 4 months since then there have been some bad judgments and bad luck but I don't think its time to give up on the BOD just because the last few months have been poor. They need to learn and improve (and give Pi's more respect) This mine could quite quickly be back on track with production as well as a life of mine extension plus the POG could well recover. More communication would be helpful

Tom - after your call how satisfied are you to be invested in Hum (on a scale of one tho ten)??

Agree Johny - and you were full of praise after your visit!!
It is recoverable if they solve the technical issues / resume production at full rate and start communicating to shareholders (with less arrogance) - share buying by the board would also help!!

Why have they so much Gold in Inventory ?? Have they pushed back shipping the Gold into Q4 so that it looks like things are recovering (thus Q3 takes all the hits)??

Hum reminds me of AAZ who had a very bad period and were really struggling - at the moment everything that could go wrong for Hum is going wrong (and is a lesson for Mr Betts after the arrogance of the investor conference call) Hum is still a good Company with lots of potential upside - I will look to buy if the shares continue to slide (AAZ ten bagged from around 5p)

Not a scam but Hum are experiencing serious head winds some brought on by circumstances outside of their control and others by bad management (BH) Its very dangerous for the BOD to relax and think they have done a great job and can't do anything wrong. Its also good judgement that they conserve cash to get over events that may affect ongoing production (although BH wasn't a great way of conserving cash)

I think you know Ajb - we do talk to the management - you don't because you have pi**ed them off like you have most posters on here. Repeating the same on here every day doesn't make you right and the rest of us wrong.

Firstly - lets not forget what a fantastic job the team have done with the mine development and subsequent production.
Maybe the potential BH calamity will serve as a check on the Boards desire to make questionable decision (Bunker Hill and the ridiculous share options) and maybe they will listen to Pi's regarding share purchases and Divi - after all the $2 million at BH could have bought 6 million shares which is a substantial amount of the share held outside of institutional hands

I agree that the Chairman needs to be more accountable - he would have also given his approval to the crazy give away share options that the board enjoy.
