Reasonably new to share trading so I’ll definitely be putting it down to inexperience and will learn from it, I’ve bought back in anyway at a higher price than I would have liked, I’ll just need to hope for a dip before the next RNS and hopefully buy in more to average down, thanks all and good luck
Held an average of 138 and made the stupid decision to sell my holding at the same price yesterday so I could buy back in at a lower price as I expected the SP to take a hit like it has every other time vaccine approval news has leaked, extremely annoyed at myself but happy for everyone else who is enjoying the rise
@artdralor, to be fair after being off work for a week over the Christmas period I’ve woke up feeling like I’ve been to the moon and back so you could be on to something, I do tend to stay away from these BB’s for longer periods of time because I can’t deal with the endless de ramping and ramping. I do apologise for my useless post, I’ll make sure not to post anything again that could waste 10 seconds of time in your busy schedule.
A friend of mine who works for the NHS was offered the vaccine and then told at her appointment that she would not be given it because she carries an epi-pen, apparently there has been a couple of people with allergy’s who have had an anaphylactic shock after being vaccinated
Been invested in here for a good few months now, seen the share price rise and fall a few times as well, I tend to stay away from these BB’s due to the amount of nonsense that gets spouted, just wondering if anyone can enlighten me on the rise today and potentially what’s caused it?, cheers ladies and gents
Not going to lie but I for one thought the drop would have been more significant than what we’ve seen this morning “glad it wasn’t” !, maybe people are starting to realise that it’s going to take a lot longer than a couple of months to vaccinate the population providing that these vaccines are suitable, and that testing has still got a major role to play out through the course.
After a relatively positive RNS I unfortunately think this could see a drop again today on more “headline” news about Oxfords vaccine results and plan governments order of 100 million plus the news on Pfizer expecting to start rolling out there undertested vaccine by the end of the week, I hope it bounces back for all of us
Unfortunately for all of us, I believe that share price is only going to go down further due to the release of this potential “vaccine” too many main stream media outlets portraying it as the holy grail “something it definitely has not been proved too be as of yet”. I really hope I’m going to be proved wrong and we all see a bounce back today but I cant see past more people panic selling and over reacting to this news.
Just looking to get everyone’s thoughts on whether they think this share will continue to rise gradually or slowly fall, I’m struggling to see any significant rises with new ways of testing imminent i.e antigen saliva based rapid testing?
Some serious panic selling going on here, do people actually believe an article by newspapers such as “The Sun” and really believe that a vaccine is going to be rushed through testing procedures without knowing what sort of mid to long term side effects it leaves behind?...
I’m extremely new to investing in the world of shares having only invested in Valirx a couple of weeks ago at a share price of 19p and Avacta at an average of 151p. Have to say I’m enjoying the journey with Valirx so far, not so sure what to make of Avactas situation at the moment, but it’s interesting to say the least.
