Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
All they could really say mate was talks ongoing . They’re looking at multiple options . The initial run isn’t even what’s exciting me now . The prospects of sulphides can be a game changer to LCCM
Why naively positive I bought in lower , saw them reach 3p and now they’ve built a solid foundation . Profitable and have great assets . The only thing wrong is the price but that’s the opportunity . If it was 4p everyone would say well done even if fundamentals were exactly the same . We’re in charge of what the share price does . The board and Charles have been super supportive buying when they can . I definitely see multiples here . Maybe if some of the trolls took the time to go to agms visit the assets they’d feel a lot more comfortable too .
I attended . Enjoyed meeting and speaking more with Dennis regarding Cornwall . Very exciting times ahead . The whole board fill me with confidence as an investment opportunity . We’re massively undervalued in my opinion . Today re affirms that
On proactive with John and Alan . Good watch
Big hint right there that funding will be non dilutive . John would of waited to add his amount into the company rather than juts buy shares were that the case
Totally agree we knew the period for accounts wasn’t great . It’s since January . The $1million cash was the bit that surprised me but I imagine all drills costs etc accounted for so running forward it’s just money coming in now with now further deep drills needing drilled . If they can up capacity and start grinding towards 10,000 bopd it’s game on
At current international prices and with current levels of production the income from export sales is sufficient to cover all day-to-day Group operations; and G&A costs; the costs of the two new deep wells A7 & 802; and to fund planned dividend payments.
In the event any of the six deep wells drilled or being drilled start to produce oil in commercial quantities the associated revenues should transform the Group's cash flows. The same would be the case in the event the Caspian Explorer is chartered for drilling projects at market rates.
We have worked to create sufficient distributable reserves to allow dividends to be paid. This required a formal Capital Reduction to cancel the share premium account and the deferred shares to boost distributable reserves. The Capital Reduction was approved by shareholders in April 2022 and approved by the UK High Court in June 2022.
Different to other companies that pay dividends Casp really have a lot more reason to pay out the distributable cash as the board and large holders are the ones that reap the big rewards finally for all the money they’ve plugged in over the years . Don’t forget there’s been no real public raises . Private retail investors get to piggy back off the Board trying to recoup there cash whilst growing the share price as production increases . The boards exit plan for there shares will eventually no doubt be a buyout . Your not seeing director sells they’ve only added to there pots of the years
Great to see these past few weeks the solid churn in size . Should help build supports . Another successful shallow followed by financials should see us pop this range .
Looks like asks getting lighter and lighter for size . We’re on the cusp for the next move up . Company looks in great shape for the long term now . Only downside is falling rates if at all from current . Upside exponential . All that time they spent buying up equipment and getting the boat on the books for an insanely low price looks well timed now
Just putting it out there tho why wouldn’t they py as much out as possible . The moan holders account for 70% so they’re paying themselves . The rest of us can have a slice of the pie too if we hold . I’m sure after investing so much money and Time Kuat would love to see a big payout come his way
Volume continuing over 100 trades already . Looks like the big boys are starting to position
Free float in my opinion remains around a small 20% too . I’d love to see a few ii’s scrambling for the dividends.
This is from last months operational update .
Existing MJF shallow wells 141 and 151 are next to be re drilled. Planning continues for a new horizontal well on the shallow South Yelemes structure, which like the MJF structure has a full production licence. This new horizontal well will have a planned Total Depth of 2,430 meters and target potential oil-bearing intervals in the Dolomites.
Deep Well 802 is planned to be spudded in June. This well will have a Target Depth of 5,300 meters and like the other deep wells drilled at the BNG Contract Area will target potential oil-bearing intervals in the Carboniferous and the Devonian. Deep Well 802 is expected to take 6 months to drill and is the final deep well we are obligated to drill under the BNG work programme.
So we’ve had 142 and increased production , audited results could come earlier than last years . Quite soon is my thought.
This was my correspondence with Clive . From a few weeks back
Richard
The position at the moment is that our oil once sent through the Russian pipeline network emerges at "Urals Oil", which has a $30-35 per barrel discount to Brent.
How big and how long the discount will last remains to be seen.
Our focus is to maximise short term production and we are near completing 141 and 142 - shallow wells on the MJF structure.
We also plan to be in compliance with the requirement to have drilled 6 deep wells at BNG by the end of the year.
By the time of the planned release of the 2021 audited accounts, which is very late May / early June I hope the wider position will be clearer and that we will have reported significant increases in production.
My view is that the interest in the Company's shares is pretty much confined to existing shareholders. Once we are able to announce the size and timing of the first dividend we should appeal to a whole new set of investors and it will be through the interest of new investors that we will see the price improve.
Group cash balance post period should be a good one
Definitely the most I’ve looked forward to a set of financials here for a long time .
