Mm’s nowhere to be seen today . No bid and a few small sells crushed it . Looks like 2 people took chunks to take advantage and ask as high at end of day as it started . Nothing to worry about unless it’s a drop on volume . Can quickly bounce back up there’s just not a lot of buyers in the markets right now and mm’s being super cautious

Drying up now only 500k £12k ish left at 2.59

Recovering now 10% higher than last week too. Just need something out of the norm like news rather than silence

I know a guy who lost around a £20k position today through leverage sadly can often explain the running through the bids as leverage firms love to punish. Could easily bounce back tomorrow hopefully

First dividends
Economic and financial uncertainties over the past few weeks led us to review the start date for the commencement of dividends. However, based on the current position it remains our intention as set out in the 2021 audited accounts published in June, to commence dividends payments in H2 2022

Doesn’t need to be publicly disclosed as he wasn’t notifiable . I could tell you I have 2 % but unless I go over certain thresholds then I have no reason to notify anyone but I can tell whoever I like if that makes sense

It’s not that there’s any more positivity just seems all the negative posters gone quiet

Obviously something the Board perhaps can’t comment on but it’s interesting that someone who was in the last placing and close to the company has increased their position in the market. He’s bought a fair amount which the money perhaps could of served the company if he’d approached and said he’d add 50-100k at a set price . Maybe he did and was told no . Just a thought

The old adage it’s better to have 50% of something rather than 100% of nothing .

Funding isn’t necessarily asset value decreasing . Funding unlocks asset value so it will go up . Think you’re perhaps thinking future earnings decrease . Also not necessarily dilutive if it’s in the form of debt . Say for instance we borrow £3million yes we have to pay that back with interest but without it we unlock no asset value so in fact you’d probably say funding would appreciate the asset value in terms of shareholders .

Great week . Broke out all technical levels and looking at volume looks like we have some buyers of the strength . There’ll be some ups and downs along the way but ignoring the news much higher levels in sight and maybe they can get us above 1p from Christmas . But which time hopefully work will have commenced at lccm and our second revenue stream under way . Have a good weekend everyone

It has been our objective for some time to commence regular dividend payments. Not only will this reward shareholders for their continued support it should also signal to the wider investment community that the Group has moved to the next stage in its development.



We have worked to create sufficient distributable reserves to allow dividends to be paid. This required a formal Capital Reduction to cancel the share premium account and the deferred shares to boost distributable reserves. The Capital Reduction was approved by shareholders in April 2022 and approved by the UK High Court in June 2022.



In assessing the size and timing of any dividends the board will have regard to the matters disclosed in note 1.1, which include the Group's free cashflows and its existing and future financial commitments. The Board will also need to be satisfied there are no additional adverse impacts from Russian sanctions.
Based on their current assessment and subject to the points noted above the Board anticipates declaring the first dividend later this year.

After speaking with the board they’re un aware the companies going private . Guess the trolls know more than the guys running the show . Typical board talk when the sp is declining . Look forward to the run of news that should start to move us north

All these large companies reporting huge quarterly profits . Be interesting to see our last 2 quarters revenues

Wow seems like I’ve upset a few by attending the agm and having the opinion that they will eventually trade much higher . Kind of thought that was the point of investing . Maybe it’s not maybe I should sell and spend my days telling others why they should sell too . I truly wish all the best to those invested . Hopefully the board can get the next few stages right for shareholders . Redmoor is a real jewel and the fact they are helped with funding is also great . ALL IN MY OPINION
