Wondered how long it'd take you to decide one 30 grand sale meant the entire world is ending! :)

Pharmaxis stock finally starting to rally. Up about 10% in past few days.
Probably wouldn't read anything into it but if being optimistic you'd say it's insiders mates starting to sneak in ahead of a LOXL2 deal ;)

It fell on next to no volume......therefore logically it'll move up quickly on next to no volume.

I'm not sure I'm confident it'll be before month end.
Frankly I think it could come at any moment, whether that be today or in 3 months time, etc.
If you don't buy in here.....I'm sure there's plenty of other bargains around at the moment for you.....thanks to Mr Trump (and Boris to an extent)!

Someone playing silly b*ggers with the trades again.
7 shares sold........yes "7".......for a grand total of less than 50p.
It's almost like they want the live price to be showing as down, to put people off, and gather some shares from the silly.........

If the final results are good, then it's probably best they delay them, with markets having a wobble.
On that front it'd be better to release them in a market bouncing back rather than trying to fight against the tide.

Wouldn't be able to open a new SB.
Been closing only for a while on this (and my other AIM holding).

Tough decision now. I’ve got a big chunk of cash tied up elsewhere but becoming very tempting to cash it all in and bung it in here now it’s gone so low. Decisions decisions.

I imagine we're the sort of PI heavy share that'd suffer from a few forced sales (not just because of market conditions being terrible but because SXX has been smashed today on bad news).
It's the sort of thing people could easily have an SB on and be forced to sell to cover the big drop. After all hardly anyone's selling and there's only been three trades in total today.

Of course it is.
Markets and investors like stability and you've got the government over here trying their best to destroy this country and Trump doing his best to b*gger up America playing childish games.
It's simply really sh*t conditions for investors created by the worst governments the UK and US have ever had.
Everything else is just the knock-on effect.

Longlad - I think that's a debateable subject and there's no right answer. I would argue that short-term measures don't mean they're not long-term planners. Those plans might well be double-edged swords and accept the negatives, as part of a longer strategic plan, or you could argue they had a long term plan, and unintended short-term consequences don't change that fact.

However this isn't a discussion/argument either of us can win/prove. So back to the topic of FFWD.......it looks like this took a hit in the morning (like virtually every share where often the MMs mark it down on zero volume in many instances!) and then saw very little trading in the afternoon (in fact a fair few buys taking advantage in the late morning). Not the worst day in the world.

At least some traders will be happy ;)
There will be plenty of them who've been largely in cash, starting to pick up bargains galore, as everything's dropped for no real reason related to their fundamentals.

SamJSung - Look at almost any share. You'll see the same thing. Including thousands Woodford doesn't hold. The reason......Trump has started playing silly b*ggers with China. The FTSE100 has lost about 10% in a few days.

It's not always Woodford ;)
(in fact they're probably the least likely candidate as a long term investor - much more likely in these scenarios it's PIs being forced, or choosing to, sell, because they've been hammered on other positions and/or margin called)

For as long as I can remember now, I've expected China to become the dominant world power, and increasingly so.
Silly trade wars won't change this. They follow carefully thought out long-term plans. In stark constrast to most western governments who rarely plan anything longer than the term of a government, and even if they do, frequently gets reversed by a new government, wasting huge amounts of time and money.
Trump playing silly b*ggers with China won't be an instant win. It'll just be bad for both and the above won't change.

I couldn't disagree more.
All it is, is political posturing from a truly vile president, who garners support from racists and xenophobes, by blaming everyone else for their own problems. This time it's China. Having a few politicians on the other side that agree with him doesn't make him right.
Then again it's no different to a lot of the European political parties doing the same. Whether it be Farage's mob and the Tories over here, or their equivalents elsewhere in Europe, there's a lot of inherent xenophobia and racism out there, and it's always easier for a politician, or voter, to blame someone far away for their own problems, when most of them are caused by themselves or their representatives.

The main issue is that c*ckwomble in the white house deciding to play stupid trade wars with China.

Judging by his pea-brained flip-flopping though he'll probably suddenly reverse policy for no reason at some point and claim they're best mates again.
