This website just seems to have some funny logic for its RNS button (might show how many RNS's in the past week or something - rather than just today).

In theory though - this is unlikely to be bad.
FFWD could have just taken the stock at the pre-agreed price (which was presumably pretty good) so why agree to an extension to agree amended terms unless there's a benefit to FFWD.

The SAFE isn't a loan. It doesn't need to be renegotiated.

There's nothing wrong with being positive about Factom chilston. The potential IS massive.
It's just that what doggo said about it earlier isn't correct because he doesn't understand the things he's quoting and has consequently has stated things that are simply wrong.

doggo - I'm very positive on Factom but most of what you posted earlier about them earlier is utter nonsense. I assume you're just not very technically savvy.

Worth remember that the original RNS quoted Factom's Paul Snow saying:
"We believe Lorne and his team at FastForward will be a huge asset to Factom as it moves forward with its Series B round and continues the development of our innovative business."

I think that shows they view FFWD/Lorne not just as an investor, but expect to be leaning on them, and their experience, when coming to doing future funding. As such I think FFWD will be very well placed to get a deal that's good for us and not just an arms-length investor watching to see what happens.

I don't think it's your place to be "coming down on" anyone, and certainly not so over the top, especially for one single post (you may disagree obviously).
Regardless we can probably stop going on about it now for everyone's benefit.

I posted one message for the information of some people that I chat to on here. It's not remotely discourteous.

The board is only in "disarray" because you and doggo react like infants and start trying to "retaliate" for nothing.
The mindless invention of a placing, simply to be vindictive, just shows there are no depths you will go to in your childish tantrums.

If someone was posting lots of messages ramping some stock every day on the wrong board you could have more justification for a gripe, but that's not the case, and even then would be no justification for your behaviour. You could just ask them politely to stop.

You and your gang are the single most off-putting thing about this stock and the sooner you realise this and sort out your behaviour the better it will be for everyone invested in FFWD.

They do love to be in control of what information you see Snooty ;)

I would also never rule out a company like Factom being bought by a major tech company. It's the sort of technology with applications in almost anything that a huge number of massive companies could decide they want to just buy outright. FFWD's investment could explode in value overnight.

Of course. Factom has been making steady solid progress. If anything it's the investment with the most potential.
