According to Medical Life Sciences News, as a type of affinity reagent, Affimers are bio physically stable scaffolds of proteins that can be reused.

Affimers can be made from two scaffolds, adhiron scaffolds and human stefin A scaffolds. The stefin A scaffold is engineered from human stefin A protein, whereas the adhiron is synthetic.

They are related but not the same.

It would obviously help if a certain type of poster quoted facts in my humble opinion.

Not a specialist by any means but I had understood that candlesticks and similar techniques had been overtaken by the speed of transactions these days versus when they were extensively used (I think initially by the Chinese).

These days I look at pivot points. There are a few different types but I use Woodie.

There was a pivot point at 151 and the latest one was at 182. At both points we had both downward and then upward movement.

The next one is at 251.

Overriding all of these approaches I still believe that supply and demand is all that really matters and we know what the maximum supply is which makes it more important to keep what you have out of the supply available to buy. Hence "tree shakes" in order to create supply, hence derampers trying to create supply.

Thank you for all the posts this morning about not needing an alarm clock, recharging the phone and iPad and making coffee before and after 7 am and then again just before 8 am. I thought it might just be me and Mrs KOB that were in that groundhog situation but clearly we are not alone.

Weekends faded into oblivion when lockdown started but now stand out again due purely to the fact that the stock markets aren't open and the clock starts ticking to when they will be again.

You couldn't make it up really.

There have been some tremendous research and informatory posts on here over the last few weeks including scientific analysis as well as company analysis and the board manages to generally ignore or dispose of the usual trolls that appear when a share is doing well and aside of the day traders the enormous potential has been recognised by many. I think this is why we have all become avactarised.

I have even started writing Avacta songs as you will see if you look at my posting history. Just a bit of fun on my part as I try to be more helpful on other posts I put on the board.

It would be great if the boohoo boys brought out an AVCT polo shirt range as an additional item for their delivery boxes and if they are reading this then I think me and Mrs KOB should get a free one for coming up with the idea. I'm sure you agree and the Avacta trademark looks quite fashionable as well.

My understanding (happy to be corrected) is that if some trades are outside of given parameters then a monitoring extension is applied.

I think these are actually from yesterday and they are nothing new for this share of late.

How refreshing it would be if the latest Avacta broadcast was on the TV. Not as an advert for Avacta (which would be great) but to allow understanding.

People can actually follow the scientific methodology of Affimers and easily understand the difference between antibody and antigen.

This is not made very clear by anybody on the daily updates and it is therefore not surprising that people don't follow what is happening that well.

I hope they have sent it to Piers Morgan.

Not sure that the deal can be described as irrelevant.

a) It demonstrates that Avacta know the path to market
b) It is for individual purchases globally, which is the largest market I know of
c) The announcement advertises that contracts for bulk purchase deliveries are available
d) National press coverage has been generated for the most current talked about topic around the world, which is testing for covid 19

I think the deal is very relevant based on the above.
