Unless I’m missing something, DoorDash has accumulated enormous losses as a Group over last few and with many many disgruntled customers. App issues and as base prices increase enormously. Perfect examples highlighted by Qantas links, with all the added costs for delivery, service charges and tips for drivers.

Clearly, Deliveroo see synergy and benefit of a potential acquisition, however, I personally don’t get it.

It can’t just be the minority whom consider only Ocado to have the global reach and presence that Amazon now vitally need for their rapid expansion ambitions into grocery.

Surely the only obvious answer here for Amazon if seek rapid and efficient growth in UK remains a partnership with Ocado on tech and retail side!🤷🏼‍♂️ I cannot see how Morrisons, co-op etc. can achieve that aim for them

Qantas, I’m with you mate! Ignore the haters. The share is just waiting for some positive news which is inevitable. It will then fly. I do understand the reluctance from many investors at this stage although not a time to be bearish at this price. 307 in my opinion is an absolute steal. Do your own research, obviously.

This is a natural profit-taking day for the feint-hearted after such a strong last week. We all know the share is only going one way and that’s upwards. Strong fundamentals, unwavering confidence from institutional shareholders whom keep increasing. News / RNS will come soon enough in addition to increased profitability on current base, as the company has more than just turned the corner now. I long term hold a sizeable position and have never doubted the inevitable long-term success of this company. I have nothing against shorters given the erratic and historically unpredictable nature of the share and wish them luck; they just have to be extremely cautious, relative to alternative stocks, especially now.
