Whats peoples thourght on thg doing what abcam is foing delisting on aim and listing on the nasdaq ?

How is thg going bust ?
They got enough cash runaway for years.
Personally I think there in two minds and lost in there direction .
There trying find which way is best to take the company for it to strive in and there are many options and hear lies the problem
I.e
Getting bourght out
Trying take back private
Golden share, with share price so low he might withdraw that till next year when it expires as it would be took over in a heart beat for peanuts hostile
Soft bank probs wont happen for another year until climate comes back for growth and probs renegotiate.clearly soft bank are still interested otherwise they would of sold there shares when they sold pretty much all there american and European stocks in tech (kept thg) .
Premium listing ( but that will only happen once golden share gone)
Separation completed but are they just going keep it how it is or are they going list everything differently and thg group keeps majority of the shares in each company ?
I think hear is the problem the market doesn't have a clue where the company is going and has priced accordingly.
Until Sept once they know there plan and let us know how they going drive shareholder value we are in limbo

Isn't it funny when abit of news that's not the best or sentiment change we get all the fud posters who are probs shorting it ,and start giving the two pence . Once they out there postion won't hear from them for couple weeks to next opportunity arises . which does seem like that with a gain of 10% to lose 10% rinse and repeat

This time next year should be back to some sort of normality hopefully and this war in Ukraine stops before winter

@b1nky I think it will once the news starts to flow and they can start being more open and transparent about the company and sub structure that they set up I.e beauty,ingenuity and nutrition seperate on how they perform individually.
Obviously ingenuity is eating the money to grow.
I don't think they want the market to know the margin on ingenuity yet until it to late and unstoppable and competitors will struggle to catch up first there will own that space dsc

Was just making the point that the unions saying that its just the shareholders getting rich of royalmail and that's all they care about when all the employees got given shares and had the dividends ,if they sold that's upto them after 5 years ! Atleast 10% of the company was owned by the workers

Didnt royalmail give all its staff shares when it went private so they getting rich of the company aswell I take it ???
