Expert - what a terrible thing to have to see and experience. Very sad for you all.

Alfa, it seems that we are really in a holding pattern till the RNS's start to drop. Clearly the MM's want to drop the SP to clear the short. But we are not playing their games as there is too much to lose for anyone who doesn't need to sell.
I think there will be multiple large investors looking at his and waiting for the news being confirmed by regulatory statements then we could see multiple large buys coming in and potentially any that sold out over the last few weeks maybe awaiting to buy back in when we get the launch button pressed. For me, I hope it is tomorrow, but when it happens it happens.
Typos and miss spellings, grammar are a problem for us all, typing quickly between other important work commitments as well as auto text corrections that we have not spotted! It's great until the context is lost! But as we all read as quick as we type luckily the brain sees through the mistakes. Unless there are any nitt-picking grammar and spelling OCD's around.

Looking forward to all the news. Surprised there are no new interviews with FM or MN out yet. Cant be long.
Maybe they are being recorded today for release tomorrow when the floodgates open.

I will never forget the day I found this board and the posts from NickD, Alfa, Knuttie, Pdub, Sanchez, Daisan, PB940 and others at that time who have gone quiet. The SP then was 5 pence. March 2017. Over 3 months I sold every other investment and added here. I then took everything out of my company deposit account an opened a trading account and increased my companies assets by a very nice amount indeed. It gives my accountant a lot of extra work but secures the business's future. In fact, it may change my business into an investment company if Bushy grows as expected! I might set up as a Fund manager - everyone is looking for a vanadium fund. Look out for RichKen Fundmagement! I think there may be a few others here thinking the same.
Today I am sat with my lovely Claire whilst she is having her first chemo session, hence lots of posts from me. She is super brave and doing very well!

Given everything, we are seeing and know here, I am surprised that every investor in the world with an ounce of searching out a good investment are not all queuing up at the MM's with their buy orders!

We are so far ahead of the game here and this resource is so huge.

On the Mokopane front, and JSE. It would be very interesting to see if the money raised from floating on JSE would be the cash injection for Mokopane to be funded. Clearly, we need the details and this will come in time from future and imminent RNS's.
Do you really think this could produce 25,000 tonnes per year from this resource alone? That is a massive number!
Looking ahead all we are seeing is big numbers. The more we analyse this the large the cash elephant this is becoming. Incredible.

993444 - We have been thinking about PE a lot recently and in general mining companies tend to be around 10p. However, as this is a mining company as well as a technology company and listed in AIM they tend to attract higher PE averages. What this will end up is anyone's guess, but assumptions based on averages and others in this area.
In the end, predictions are a stab at the future and are a good bit of educated estimation.
I think the point is, we are going to see a huge rise in the SP over the next year and even larger over the medium term, which given this short period of stagnation is great to see where we are going. What a future ahead.
In the end, we are all looking forward to the news as it comes. For me 2023 will be significant as I will be able to crystalise my SIPP for the first time. This will be accompanied by a rather large tax bill, as somehow I have already exceeded my LTA! So the chancellor of the time and myself will become friends as I will be able to help pay off some of the national debt. Especially if we reach around £10 he will like me a lot. I guess many others here will be on his Christmas card list too :-)

Good morning Nick,
I am sure all those waiting patiently would love to have an estimate for SP based on 10,000 tonnes per year and based on supply 4000 tonnes for electrolyte production.

From yesterday at a PE of 15 that would be £4.94 at $125 plus around £2.48 of the Electrolyte supply. I know the second part is a guess but this could be a good guide do you have any thoughts. Looking at 2020 for these figures.

Looking further a field 2023 still at a PE 15 - £9.88 for Vametco + Brits (10,000 TPA) with Mokopane (10,000 TPA) and Bushveld energy at PE 15 around £4.00. So this would be £13.88 per share.

What are your thoughts? We would have some seriously wealthy share holders of many stayed the course! then a 5% dividend would be 69.4p per share. Incredible numbers but surely very possible!

BBN, I agree with you thinking and perception here. It makes every sense to expand to 10,000 tonnes per year at Vametco and Brits. Then when everything comes to fruition at Mokopane, they will facilitate an off take from their on the top which will self fund the future of any needed plant.
This will allow more advanced growth in 2022/23 as the the market for Vanadium continues to grow as outlined in the BE 101.
We could easily see 20,000 tonnes per year by 2022. Just over 4 years from now. But it may come much quicker.
This is just one part of this vertically integrated and carefully hedged company.

BBN - Another very helpful and clear write up for us all.

It could not be clearer that we are on the edge of a very, very exciting journey and once Fortune and Mikhail push the button and release the news as you say, potentially in one massively significant group of RNS's they are going to be really in demand for interviews and press and the investing community are going to see the potential and excitement.

Really bring this together with a place in the AIM100 or even AIM50 as looks like, there cannot be many more balls we need to get in the row.

So let's hope we get these significant news items released and lets really look forward to 2019, with
* Bushveld Energy set to produce the electrolyte in the new plant
* The expansion of Vametco to 5000 TPA
* The start of mining at Brits
* Granting of the license for Mokopane and the confirmation Brownfield site reopening
* Supply of our First production VRFB of many
* Eskom contract award for multiple projects of South African made VRFB with South African Vanadium by South
African people, solving the power need to a country being empowered

Transformational is a word which brings excitement, and this is going to be one mega year ahead! If BMN do not get any awards this year they sure will next year. If it was the Oscars they would get Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Support, Best Director and Best Score.

One thing we can be sure of, we have the Best investment of our lives!

Many thanks for the clarification Nick, I think like you the prices should go higher and the market is not really understanding the real situation only the buyers who can't get what the need!

A note on PE - I have seen that Rio Tinto have a PE 9.66 (Dividend 5.8%), Glencore have a PE of 10.57 (Dividend 3.8%) and BHP (5.86%)have a PE of 11.6. (Note all information from HL). All three are much larger companies but it would be a comfortable assumption that on Vametco alone we could have a PE of 10, however, with BE this could be much higher! Well I hope so!

You need to refer back to our good friend Ophidian he gave this production as a target price for 3 years time.
Based on his trade analysis.
I am sure he might give more on this. As always it is only his prediction, and cannot be taken as fact. But it would be very good if everything fitted into place with 10,000 tonnes per annum, an electrolyte plant, a VRFB assembly plant, Lemur producing electricity for Madagascar and selling coal to third parties. The Afritin mine in full production. Mokopane mine supplying the global market.
It could look very conservative.
Very exciting indeed.
