I am amazed that all these persons pertaining to hold a very small holding (by their own admissions almost worthless) continue with such perverse vigor to undermine and defame the company. Surely one would either just forget about their worthless holding or devote their time and efforts trying to find a company that can bring them their supposed losses back lol. Not buying it one bit, the posters on this and other sites constanlty defaming the company are part of the betting syndicate that are the other side of the trade and have been trying their utmost to shake people from their positions. I must admit, I am garnering a wee soft spot for this silly bugger on the other site. Whilst the chap pertains to have a small one (shareholding that is lol) he does write ups on SLE like an analyst for the oil sector, the spread betting oil and gas sector that is. Funny thing is that he hardly lets off a peep on any other stock, instead he uses lots of his time and energy focusing on all the potentially possible negatives surrounding a company he has a "small" holding in. Poor chap must either be very lonely or a born pessimist, a glass half empty guy, the person that tells you on a sunny day to take your umbrella because its going to rain later, the guy that despite being at the train station an hour before his train departs keeps telling himself hes going to miss the train. Still, the World is made up of all sorts, good, bad, negative, positive, some with big, some with small, holdings that is.)) Q 2018 What will the negative topic be for next year? A 2017 They do not hold any shares in the real world. A 2018 The subject will be based on Tosca made a last ditch effort by putting up the money so as SLE wouldnt go under. Summary. There are a group of people with an interest for the share price not to rise. One can speculate it ranges from MMs, SB Companies and share bashing groups such as Winnifrith et al. Unfortunately for them, all the perceived threats that could have put a spanner in the works for SLE are now gone, finished, cannot reappear. They know this and it shows by the upstart of their incessant ramblings from douche bags such a FtF on another site and the morons on this site. Well hard luck guys, missed your chance to do anymore damage than what you already did, you have just proved to the World how corrupt and manipulated the stock market can be, so hopefully people will take note and eventually they will stop spread betting altogether and then hopefully you will all lose your jobs and suffer for the harm you have done to many people over the years, both mentally and financially. For the record, I dont thibnk for one minute Tosca was used as a last ditch attempt to shore up the company, I believe that SLE know exactly the games that were being played here and by who so they decided they will not let any of the City skum participate in a cheap fund raise. If you remember SLE had several options for funding lines and they did not take them ha ha. Ignore the noise and maybe sometime in February once our balance sheet is hopefully showing a $100m with no debt, we can relist and sit back and watch as the parasites skirm and fight for the scraps of shares that are available, thats if there are any available to fight for )) I did say the other day it was my last post of the year but this one is. which entity purchased 450k shares on the 3rd November when the shares had already been suspended. Highly suspicious trade and looks to me like it was more likely a spread betting position being bought back on the QT so as they did not face huge losses upon resumption. Criminal really when they are allowed to do this even when shares are suspended, its almost like these position defenders are a law unto themselves, can these types ever lose? It really seems to be the case that the house whilst it may not always win, it certainly almost never loses. This has got to be one of AIMs biggest fiasco of a manipulated share I have ever seen, there are AIM oil companies with zero oil that have market caps at least 2x ours. Hopefully come January the FCA will come down hard on these leverage providers and put an end to the shenanigans with punters funds once and for all. If the proposals of what I am hearing are put in force I think the days of spread betting companies will slowly but surely come to an end, then once the wannabee traders and novices can no longer afford to punt it will be lights out for the spread betting fraternity. I am so glad no outsider was able to get involved with the equity issue as if anyone is deserving of shares in lieu of funds its our very own Tosca!! After all the City skum are the ones that have decimated the SP and as Tosca are in a closed period they could not even take advantage of this criminality carried out by the CIty skum, so at least now they have been able to get some shares on the cheap just like ING have )) all thanks to, you guessed it the City skum lol. Even after this equity issue our current market cap still only stands at just over 120m lol, when in reality it should be at least 100p, which is double what the asett cost us originally and since the asetts value has double what with oil price and exchange rate etc. So it seems the Chinese have lost out because of their greed and delay in offering a sensible price for the company and they also were trying to take advantage of our previous situation with Avinalaugh etc but unfortunately for them its well and truly behind us and we can now go forth into the new year debt free and income generative without anymore shenanigans or chancers trying to get our asetts on the cheap. So well done Tosca, now lets steer this ship to victory and if the Chinese come around again make them pay double!! Yo ho ho and a big fat DIVIDEND. Three cheers for the good ship San Lion!! here here, bang on the money with that post redy, worth a thousand mince pies that un!!! As you rightly say and has also long been my belief, the "City" (more like skum) have decimated the SP here, it has been totally orchestated ever since the "hot" money has been following it, the more "hot" money that poured in the more they trashed the price trying to take out stops along the way. Its actually criminal what they have done here and I am so glad that there were no placings to "outsiders" Tosca is most deserving of any shre issue in lieu of funding requirements in my book. The mistake I think SLE made was to get that 2 bit outfit connected to Winnifrith involved in the 45p placing, I believe that was an orchestrated move by the City from the outset and as I have previously said, I would not be surprised if someone connected to the destabilisation of the SP were not put up to purge Avinalaugh to try it on with the winding up, that stank to high heaven and certain posters on here were alluring to a price crash just prior to the announcement from Avinalaugh, unfortunately for them we were already suspended so they could not continue with their mission to destroy the SP )) 2018 will be the year of San Lion, mark my words and those who try fighting it further it will get ripped to shreds, thats a given. Would be nice to see a reserves upgrade RNS followed by a receipt of payment RNS, followed by a huge tranche of back payments for oil RNS followed by that DIVIDEND RNS!!!! I could go on but you get my drift )) Extremley comfortable with my holdings here and my thanks go out to all thiose that collaborated in the trashing of SLEs SP, as you enabled me and others to purchase shares at prices I never thought possible, so again my thanks to you all )). That about wraps up the year for me and is my last post of 2017, so to all the genuine holders including of course Tosca, not forgetting all those at San Leon I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a very prosperous New Year!! oh my what a turn up for the books this latest RNS must be to them, larrrf I nearly pished meself )) How demoralising must be for them to see an after hours RNS lol! So thats Avinalaugh put to sleep plus the rest of the cling ons. So we can now enter the New Year with NO debt, the strong possibility of an enlarged company, a reserves upgrade, payments from revenues and of course payments from loan notes and then we have DIVIDENDS and last but not least a take over that will be done on our terms and NOT the Chineses!! Personally, being as we have come this far and survived against all the odds I do not wish a take over, not unless its well into the 130s. I would rather reap a nice fat DIVIDEND and growth from the asett. What most seem to have missed here is that $19m is due from MW on or before the 1st Jan 18, so its not set in stone that Tosca will convert their loan for shares, if they get paid back from the $19m shares in issue stay the same. FWIW, I have no problem with Tosca taking shares in lieu, after all it is he that has thrown a funding lifeline and I would rather he had them than some poncey City outfit like Yorkville etc. I wouldnt give the City nowt, they are the ones that have decimated the SP, with a litle help from ther MM and SB friends......
