Hi my loyal shareholders, my name is Gavin but you can call me Gav )) Christmas was an exceedingly good time for PFD, we sold double the amount of Kipling minced pies over the period but as always with me there was a twist, I also discounted them by 50% so in theory sales were flat but the numbers looked good on paper hwaa hwaa. To add to the mess and in part due to the adverse weather conditions the aisles in which PFDs brands were displayed did not get the expected foot fall as our products were right at the back of the shops, apparently customers prefered to shop in the front aisles only where the warm air blowers were pumping out hot air (a bit like myself hwaa hwaa) so our products remained on the shelf. However, I did break with tradition and I do have some good news for investors, I am giving out lots of free Jam tomorrow, so if you would all just stick around and collect your PFD free Jam tomorrow vochers and dont say I never give you anything for free, hwaa hwaa. That wraps things up on the trading front, meanwhile I am still trying my hardest to explain to Nissin why they are so much down on their investment 2 years on but unfortunately my Japenese is worse than my merger and aquisitional skills so it could take a while longer yet. I am just so glad to be a part of this new era for San Lion, very exciting times lay ahead, at least for us vested shareholders that is )) I would be sheeting bricks if I were them lot, gawd elp em.... I am expecting in excess of a 100% rise minimum on resumption, thats with things as they stand, anymore good news thrown in and I would not be surprised to see us open nearer 200% higher. Just remember, before the scare tactics and scare stories surrounding Avinalaugh we were minding our own business around the 55p level, we now have that behind us and owe nobody, we are now the creditors and not the debtors. would an alledged shareholder with a small one (shareholding that is lol) that allegedly has not only been diluted into oblivion but also does not believe a word that comes out of the CEOs mouth, neither do they believe in the companys prospects, asetts or future. Why oh why then would they stick around like a bad smell and post on a public BB on a day after day? It just doesnt stack up does it? I mean seriously, do they seriously think that us genuine vested shareholders are so dumb that we believe their pathetic reasons and excuses for posting here? NO is the answer, I certainly aint buying it, they cant fool me with their various guises across the various financial sites. )) To me and IMHO, they are as I have said all along, position defenders, defending open long positions in the market, either physical or leverage, they are the other side of the trade, the ones that were hoping to collect the money from the losing bets, note the word hoping, thats all it was, hope lol! The opportunity has been and gone, their handgrenade was the "potential" of being wound up lol, fortunately it exploded in thier pocket because of the well timed suspension, it blew their knackers off, literally!! )) When this relists it will rip them all a new one, they know this hence the likes of Frussy still here, still attempting to throw the cloud of negativity over the company, he/she knows its efforts are futile, but because they are all chancers living on hope and other peoples money, as with all chancers their chance runs out. Their chance has indeed ran out with the last RNS, the RNS that shows we will not be wound up and that our major shareholder has now put the best part of 300m into this company that has a current MC of less that 100m. You can understand someone making a miscalculated judgemnet once, maybe twice but three times no way, Tosac knows exactly where we are heading and thats why I will continue to hold and will add on any weakness below 55p, after all that was the price before the fake winding up brigade got into full swing. so there is no reason why we should not be trading at least that price on resumption. So who is the wise one, is it an annonymous poster who claims to only have a small one, or is it Tosca with a proven massive one!!!! ))) I know who im with and it aint the Woowich )) Lets get this show back on the road. cant see much SP progress whilst this player remains at the wheel, seems like an eternity since my purchase in 2014, thankfully my purchase was not much higher than is current and was also not a large purchase. I am also glad I have never added to my position, just one of those shares I felt would not recover so much but would attract a takeover, as it did from Mc Cormicks, only to be scuppered by Darby and his new friends at Nissin. I still have faith that this will be taken over at some stage in the not too distant future, especially since Darbys abstarct failure with his promise to create shareholder value has not come to fruitition. Not expecting much movement either way on Tuesday, although a drop would be prefered tbh as then it may tempt any lurking predators to make an opportunistic strike like the last time around. Good luck and dependant on any drop I may add a further tranche to lower my average so at least it will then be in the 30s and from there I would expect to attract a bid of at least Nissins stake circa 63p, hopefully a bit more. Incidentally, I noticed GKN brought news out today that they rejected a takeover last week, unlike premier dropping 40% on the bid rejection GKN went above the failed bid to end the day 27% up, couldnt quite get my head around that one other than Darby must be absolutely hated by the City, which further brings the question of why on earth did he not sell us? As I have said before, I believe that whilst Darby being our commander does not help, there is more that has been going on with this stock price manipulation than meets the eye, hopefully all shall be revealed in the not too distant.. Well I foolishly took B7s tip on PMO yesterday and I am now nursing a circa 10% LOSS. I hope nobody else listened to Bruvver Rampit and suffered the same consequences as I!!! I will add more and hopefully I can get out of the trade at a no loss position. Very annoying. Dickie

steady as she goes cap 'n )) They wont like this price rise as even without the 30% hedged @ $90, at current prices our profit oil will be overall higher than previous!!! I love it when a plan comes together. Reserves upgrade, oil revenue and dividend or share buybacks will send this into orbit IMHO but as ever you need to be invested to reap the rewards )) I feel extremley sorry for those position defenders as it was all in vain, such wasted talent lol. A long while back befiore the latest aquisitions and cash in Bank, Mr Mirs was suggesting 1.2p, at the time I said he was way out and should be more like 3p to be in line with our peers. I think 2.4p will be next high followed by 4p, once everybody has sold out it will more likely move up to 7p short term and then over the next few years be trading multiples. BWTFDIK eh?! Agree. I think the FCA slumbered through gd's ever-changing story and activity around the McCormick/Nissin timing, which should have seen him ousted, and potentially locked up. Yes, there should infact be a listed company hall of shame that names and shames every wrong doing company executive that has failed to uphold shareholder best interests, Darby would be in the top 10 for sure. I also believe these people should then be stripped of any shares or options and be made compulsory unemployable therafter. Maybe then and only then will this kind of carry on abait. Either way if an RTO does transpire, the new enlarged company worst ways will be the proud producer of at least 25k bbls of oil per day, if Mid own 100% of current output then it increases to 35k bbl pd, thats including our "current" 10% from the circa 50k bbl pd from OML 18 which will eventually be increased to 100k bbls pd. if memory serves me correctly )) Hmmmm, 25000 x 70 = 1,750,000m pd x 365 comes to an anual gross revenue of 638,750,000, gosh is this correct? AAT, thank you for the acknowledgement of my post, its refreshing to hear that I have come accross another like minded soul.... You are correct in that the levy pay the levy but in more recent times the FCA for what they are worth, if pushed and pressured have to investigate, especially if enough evidence or data is force fed to them, they do actually have to act. The problem thus far is that most people do not realise that the stock markets are being so heavily manipulated, they are too busy with day to day life making ends meet, which is why most have a dabble in stocks and shares in the hope they gain a bit more financial wealth. Its only those such as us (limited in number) for whatever reason have become to notice these "coincedences" and "patterns" happening time and time again in the stock market. Most people would brush it off as bad luck or find another excuse as to why they supposedly made a bad choice, like "im not cut out for investing" etc, unfortunately with my many years of experience in the field I have now not only identified this manipulation but I have actually taken a stand and intend to do something about it and I do not care one iota who I bring down with me, as like I said, no one will get away with stealing whilst I am on watch. The reason I have been able to receive feedback from them is from an old former contact of the then FSA, we were both involved in a project whereby the company in question was cooking the books and we both lost substantial amounts, it was only when she herself had been affected personally that she took it seriously, game keeper turned poacher if you like. Incidently we were both compensated and she subsequently left the FSA and became a mainstream lawyer, we still keep in touch hence the contact I have. Anyway, I wont be saying anymore on the matter as I really dont want these manipulators getting anymore heads up than what I have already said, if my case was not already so far advanced I would not be saying anything, however I am quite optimistic and confident that I am already ahead of the game, so care little about them now. RiM I suspect the chinese were waiting for the outcome of the Avobone debt "crisis" before withdrawing formally. Had the debt issue not been resolved they could presumably have picked up SLE for much less than 60-70p/share. Anyway, that's in the past now and it seems all we have to do is wait for the Nigeria payment to come in every 3 months. QF, ar you serious? Did you honestly believe that the Avinalaugh "crisis" as you called it would not be resolved? Seriously? Also, did you honestly think Tosca would sell out for 70p? Seriously? The price of oil hs risen over 150% since the deal on OML was completed, FX has also rebounded, we picked up OML 18 for a "song" because the price of oil at the time was on the floor, around $28bbl, people dont pay for forward looking prices of oil when buying asetts, they pay what they are worth at the time, hence why conservatively the deal is at a minimum worth 1.5 times what we paid fot it so at a bare minimum 560m, what did the Chinese joke about offering? Anyway, not sure if your a genuine shareholder or not, as like the others your posts are glass three quarter empty types but good for you if you are a genuine shareholder as now the so called offerors realised that Tosca will not be accepting any low ball chancer offers, we can get on with business in hand. All the loose ends have been tied up and quarterised so onwards and upwards from here it is. By the way, how many interested parties were there that signed NDAs? Was it 4 or 5? Was there just 2 mentioned in the RNS today )) I certainly hope we do not get another bid in, at least not until our share price is well north of 100p, then maybe someone can come in and make a sensible bid.
