As you may or may not be aware I head a small select group that looks into market manipulation. There are around 5 investors so far and entrance is achieved by a strict vetting process, to eliminate employees of the companies in question from infiltrating us (please do not ask to join as there are already several people wishing to be vetted and have not been confirmed yet) So far we have collated quite a significant amount of data that the regualtors have said they are willing to look into, I have also recently been in contact with a national newspaper that is interested in taking up the slack. Basically the data is based around certain stocks that my group are invested in and the extraordinary and irregular price movements those stocks have and are being subjected to on a daily basis, by virtue we believe that manipulation and price rigging is rife in the stock market and its not just related to AIM. After all, if the likes of HSBC, Goldmans, JP etc are withoiut a fight paying 100s of millions to the regulators for FX and commodity rigging then it clearly would not take much to implement this rigging to equities as well. Anyway back to the news.....a member has been told that IG hold a very large short position as a hedge for another institution in Blenheim, I am through my contacts trying to verify this but that would tie in nicely with my view that IG are i fact churning this stock constantly, reason being there are some large long positions in the market, including Mr Wests I believe. Another member has suggested we open a twitter account specifically for this manipulation, the idea being we post live trades and and name the direction a given stock will go. If we do decide to venture down this route and our theory is proven to potentially hundreds of thousands or even millions of followers it will have massive ramifications for the validity and legitimacy of the stock markets. Myself and others are of the opinion BNR is being heavily manipulated by certain institutions and market makers, the price action before and after news kind of confirms these opinions. Meanwhile keep the faith and once it becomes more obvious than a six legged horse they may be forced to rerate BNR but I wouldnt hold your breath! Good luck Richie

this constant churning has got IG written all over it, this is what they do to smother a stock so it limits any rise, they constantly sell down client positions then buy them back and rinse and repeat, which is pretty much what we have been witnessing here for some time now. Lets hope news on grades comes out before they manage to buy the winners back lol )) Rich

Can you imagine if this time around SLE issued 3 shares for every 1 share an investor held, at an issue price of say 50p! To make it fun, lets use Frussy as an example, lets pretend for a minute that Frussy is a shareholder and holds say 10 shares, if my imaginary scenario came to pass in the material World he would all of a sudden end up with 30 shares worth 50p each instead of his 10 shares that prior to suspension were worth a disconnected 25p each. Quite feasible IMHO, as if we do take on the RTO with MW, then the enlarged company could easily handle 1.5B shares in issue and at 50p a pop they would still be cheap as that would only value the enlarged company at 750m.....it would still be a very cheap company with growth and a substantial dividend... A company offering some of the riskiest trades in financial markets is hedging its exposure to bitcoin, making it one of the biggest players in the embryonic cryptocurrency futures market. London-based IG Group Holdings Plc, which offers spread-betting contracts on commodities, currencies and cryptocurrencies to �sophisticate, rich� investors, lays off its risk exposure by buying bitcoin outright, and by using the futures markets. IG Group said it holds 20 percent of the bitcoin positions offered by CME Group Inc. The firm doesn�t yet trade the Cboe Global Market Inc. contract, but may do so as soon as this week. Now that these blood suckers have a foot in the door you can be sure that most people will lose their bitcoin bets....buyer beware..... ... am not sure anything from this poster is ever 'to benefit all'. he describes with general accuracy what might happen on an rto here but does so in pejorative terms?! why if we conclude a merger/ rto with okoloko's lot does he think that is a bad thing for sle shareholders? sle are by definition in a very strong negotiating position opposite MW, so the only reasonable assumption one can make about the likely outcome for an rto is that we will end up with a shareholding in a much more significant and robust company with considerable ambition and quite possibly no longer on AIM. that's a bad thing?? that's all as may be, knees, and truly sorry this has been a bad play for you. but please do not presume for all of us and i assure you that the fat man will not be the only one making money from here...others including myself have done the maths and our last quoted sp is so far off as to be unreal - believe am supported in this view by 85% plus of shareholders. Ps. suggest you read the SP Angel report again and remember that the last wave of complete garbage posted on this board is now in a place called Avagone. Also oil price is $70 plus and Barryroe is realistically in play but dyor. Pps. hot tip - reading frus on LSE is unlikely to make you wealthy. I notice you have only ever posted on the PFD BB, since your inception in April 2015, may I ask if this is the only share you hold, or rather do you actually hold PFD shares? I skimmed through some of your posts since you joined LSE and unless I am losing my judgement it appears that not one of them is in the slightest bit positive, infact they are generally negative. I am just trying to get the mindset of your position here, as I have come across a few posters across the different BBs that have a similar angle with certain stocks, their profile suggests they only ever post on one stock yet all their posts are written in a manner perceived to be negative. I guess it takes all sorts but the mind does boggle as to why an investor would constantly talk negative about a stock they pertain to be invested in. Of course you do not have to answer, nonetheless I am intrigued what motivates persons such as yourself. Thank you in advance. Rich

HSBC Holdings plc has entered into a three-year deferred prosecution agreement with the US Department of Justice (DoJ) to resolve the DoJ's investigation into HSBC's historical foreign exchange sales and trading activities within its Global Markets business. Under the agreement, HSBC will pay a total of US$101.5m, including a US$63.1m fine and US$38.4m in restitution. The payment reflects a 15% reduction in the fine amount in recognition of HSBC's cooperation during the investigation and its extensive remediation. The payment has already been fully provided for as disclosed in HSBC's 2016 Annual Report and Accounts and the Interim Report 2017. I again stupidy took your recommendation to buy PMO and added to my already underwater position quite substantially yesterday only to see they down another 5% today!!! Maybe keep your advice to yourself in future as I am now suffering considerable losses as a consequence of acting upon your advice to buy PMO!!! I hope I can recover my losses soon as the funds I used to buy PMO with were put aside especially to buy more SLE when they relist. Thanks a lot NOT! Richard M

towards a company and its executives through no fault of theirs only his own. Imagine the damage he is doing to his health, every cell in our bodies react to the smallest emotion, negative and positive. The mere tone of Frussys posts show his negativity and bitterness. I hope that its only his wealth that suffered and not his health as such bitter people often bring upon themselves the most horrendous illnesses. It must literally be eating his insides up, to post such negativity for more than 7 solid years on a day to day basis means the poor thing really is in trouble, its eating him alive, destroying his white cells to the extent that the remaining red cells will become enlarged creating the perfect environment for disease to take hold. Dont let it keep eating you Frussy, change your ways before its too late and illness takes a hold. You will thank me for this advice one day if its not already too late.... Not only have people there lost fortunes, more serious is that they have lost their employment and pensions, they were a FTSE 250 company employing 1000s of people, winning contracts worth billions, Government endorsed. I am sure your constant winging and whining would be most appreciated over there, maybe you could even be the "voice" for any potential class action? So whats worse, an AIM E&P that went off course for a while but now is firmly back on track with huge upside potential and still here to tel the tale, or a FTSE 250 company that no one will get a penny back from and is in liquidation? "Tell you what I WILL try.....The value of my own investment.....Used to be over �30k.....value now �284 that's googles latest sp for SLE 28.4p...These are the only figures that matter to me" Ok, lets re read that bit, he admitts to only having a stake in SLE worth 284 pounds, yet here he is almost on a daily basis writing profound negativity on a stock he holds 284 pounds in, really Frussy, do you really think your puuling the wool over anyones eyes about the real reason you post here? )) Another anomaly is the fact that since joining over 7 years ago, he has never ever posted (at least under the Frussy guise) on any other share BB, nope, his claim to fame his only ever purchasing SLE and his reasons for continuing to post defamation and mistruths are soley to protect his 284 pound investment here. 1 2 3, altogether now Ahhhhhhhhh, what a sweetie eh, bless him! ) I do have a rather good idea though, how about if we chip in and give him his 284 pounds back , ma�be he will F off for good lol.
