GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
39p would suit me nicely. I am late to this, and have been buying at around 8p. I was in CFM at 2.4p so moved some of the profit from there into this. I know that most have a much lower average than me, but I am prepared to take drops if they come as I agree with you that this is really primed to head north any time we hear some further news.
Cheers Rich, it's good to chat about these things, otherwise I start to get itchy feet!
So you would predict profit of significantly more than $50m annually? Again, I am amazed that we dont see people leaping over themselves to get into this. I now hold 270,000 of these as I have topped up over the last few weeks as I am hoping that we will hear confirmation of the project funding coming through anytime in the next month or so. I also like the fact that they have some solid names as major shareholders. I really am baffled as to why this isnt tradingt at at least 30/40p. THis was 40p when they had no funding and no forestry permit, and even then I read an article on iii stating that the price was cheap and the expectation was a 400% rise from there (1.60). Wish I could buy more, and am thinkning of transferring some of my holding in CFM to scoop more of these before somebody realises what they are missing!!
Very interesting link, and nice to see some comments on here. It all seems a bit quiet at the moment - i guess everyone is waiting for confirmation of the financing deal and some new on the Caldag project. It seems that they are expecting a positive cash flow of $50m a year from this - so that would imply that the company is worth at least 10 times its current value just on Caldag alone. Have to admit, I'm tempted to plough some more into here. I really cant understand why it isnt moving up. Any ideas?
Worth Shorting after the ex-div tomorrow morning? These are surely going to fall to the 10p level (same as the 12 for 1 price). I would have thought that the only thing holding them up is the 5.4p dividend for those holding tomorrow morning, so after that these will simply fall to 10p or below. Isnt that why so many large hedge funds and asset managers have all shorted it?
I bought into this at 38p very recently. Cant seem to understand why this isnt flying at the moment. Gold is up, economic turmoil, already producing gold, turning a decent profit with EPS of 6p, not a particularly large amount of debt, and good prospects going forwards. I would think this should easily be trading around the 70p mark, if not higher given that people must be starting to speculate on the price of gold rising. Any thoughts?
And all the best to you too. I was think about shorting it! But I know that I will get throttled by most people on this site probably wont!!
But was the drop purely because of the permit / funding, or was it really because of the declining markets and a general mining collapse? I guess my question is really around the cause of the initial drop. I would argue that every mining share has had similar share falls and that this was due to market sentiment and pricing falls, and that ENK was just one of those. By clearing a path to mine nickel, and obtaining funding for thr project they have a strategy for when the markets pick up - but they havent picked up and therefore any rise will not be sustained? Thanks for your post Northern, I am fairly new to all this and just interested in better understanding the mechanics of the rises and falls. Cheers
Am i the only one who thinks that this 400% rise in a week is perhaps a little too much too soon? I am happy for all those in this (I sold out ... sorry), but this is still years away from production, and there are many such mining companies with production ready mines (and no debt) that have suffered similar price declines and still sit around their all time lows. Surely this will fall back down to 4/5p until the nickel price starts to rise and the mine is a little closer to production / being developed? Just interested in comments, as I would be expecting this to re-trace somewhat. But then I dont much about this really...
Looked over their 2008 reports, and the current financial situation and am fairly sure that these will have a good bounce, provided we dont have a big crash tomorrow! 50% would be a very fine return, but i think that 50-55p wouldnt be unreasonable
I agree, I'm in - very little debt, good cash pile, still making profit, worth 60p per share just on book value. Seems like a good short term punt if you ask me. Having said that......
But RBS believes that the board will not accept this. Personally I have opened a short on this as the board has stated that they would prefer to keep the company independent and we are already sitting in the offer range.... We'll see...
I cant see any reason for this and am tempted to have a punt. I would imagine this being a hot share given the current oil prices and exploration.
Will hopefully push this back up
That was the news we were waiting for. SHould go back up now based on output from Zhingeldy...
Sorry I meant max of 5000. Called IG yesterday to confirm this.
Great day on this. I hope you both fared well. Regarding Yell - I think this an excellent opportunity but IG only seems to offer a maximum number of GSL of 500 and a 5p minimum diff! Do you have another trading platform that can offer better?
I don't normally write on these posts as I am by no means an expert in trading, but I do find peoples comments and views very helpful and ofen informative. I have a small holding in this company and am considering topping up at this price. Does anyone have a view on the reason for the current fall? I am slightly concerned about the export license from Zhendgeldy field that has ceased production (I assume that this wil not be permanent!) and also the fact that they have drawn their second credit tranche so may run out of funds for drilling in the new US fields. Any comments gratefully received.
