As you say, there have been all sorts of great posters, and bad trolls, and i've enjoyed or endured them respectively, since first investing in Autumn 2013.

DG1 hello and I've had you down as a straight bat, good egg and i agree with your post - even if you didn't mention me by name but via cavest lol - a new year's leg pull from me ;-)

In my book these bulletin boards are all about HONEST debate, and on a healthy board all HONEST views are most welcome, be they bullish or bearish.

Genuine investors by the very definition of them being and continuing to be investors will mainly be bullish, but testing times such as we've seen last year, will inevitably make them look again and question what's going on. Letting off steam and frustration are all obviously normal emotions for genuine holders.

But it's the trolls who constantly spurt their vitiriol who should be outed by genuine posters - and so too those spouting £1 by this time next week !

Let all genuine investors and those looking to put their very hard-earned dosh into SOLG this year, have a good and lucrative year as SOLG's fundamentals should on balance, continue to flourish.

For the trolls, if you have believable evidence of your bearishness - then pleaee post it and we can all take an educated view.

To say that the last 7 months have been challenging and very frustrating for private investors is an understatement ! Let us hope that 2020 gives us a boost.

Evening Quady, you are obviously one very patient person ;) and fair play. I've also been invested since 2013 too and it already feels groaningly long - indeed my longest investment ever. But I'm clearly patient too.

Yes life certainly is too short - far too short to be waiting another 7 years until production. Great shame that this timeframe can't be reduced.

We can only hope SOLG have solid success in their other targets and relatively soon, or else trigger's 11p may perversly look golden imho.....

Private Investors may legitimately ask that when & if the new flow rates come good & on stream, that surely, surely......we may be spared any further dilution - EVER !?

lol @ Novicehunter - fair play to you and I get the impression that you're very open minded about SOLG ,which I respect.

We have to remain open minded because the idea of a fall of over 50% of the share price since May would have been totally disregarded by the current chearleaders at that time - who are still chanting now ;)

Issues like this should be either directly addressed by the company website or in their email replies imho.

Shareholders shouldn't be left having to ponder over such things !

I posted a chart a week ot two ago giving a possible downtrend indicating 12p or less if things continued to deteriorate.

I sincerely hope (as a LTH (who topped up at 39p earlier this year) that I was wrong but my confidence in the SOLG Board to deliver a SP anywhere near £1 in the future is nearly gone and please BHP - give me 50p per share !

The electric car revolution within 10 years is a myth imo.

Unless battery technology vastly improves to give electric cars a much larger range and much lower charging times, plus many more charging points, plus lower costs of buying an electric car - then it's all wishfull thinking ?
