I would imagine that ‘Belfast’ might fill cinema seats?
Surprised to see a red day today but maybe a buy order from Polaris?
Things once again looking much more positive now that the 28p resistance has been broken. Also nice to know that the blockers appear to be losing faith. Maybe just maybe the market will start to jump aboard and ride the train north? Usual caveats apply of course, but it’s looking good!
You have to chuckle at anyone trolling this now after last Monday’s sp collapse. Have they really nothing better to do?
It would be nice to have some sort of bullish update this week from Richard and the team. They will have had time to digest the P3 data by now and crunch the numbers I’d have thought? Maybe a few more days, but I do believe shareholders should be given a Frank update sooner rather than later. Good luck to all still holding or buying.
Great to see a blue day amidst market disarray over the Ukraine crisis.
Z the nuclear deterrent is obviously hugely important. But which nuclear power would ever use it? Because the retaliatory nuclear ICBMs would already be launched before they hit? In the meantime conventional warfare (as per Ukraine) is the way wars are still being fought.
Many NATO countries were previously not giving their obliged 2% of GDP to NATO - Germany was one. Trump used to highlight it. I hope all NATO countries have now stepped up to the 2% plate.
Manifesto I’ll give the company the benefit of the doubt this week that they’re reeling from the trial results, just like us shareholders. But they will have to come out next week with something more. Silence just won’t cut it imo.
Andy for Pete’s sake what are you achieving by constantly ****ging off this company? If you want to do something to alleviate your anger then why not write to Synairgen and let them know how you feel and what questions you want them to answer.
Colonel I hear you, but as you note, you still need staff to operate the drones and military robots - well until they become self-aware (as per ‘judgement day’ / terminator film scenario) and then we’re all fooked anyway. Covid demonstrated that you can build all the nightingale hospitals you like but when you’re 50,000 nurses short, you can’t staff them.
I just hope the Ukraine conflict focuses the Uk government on bolstering our armed forces as opposed to continually reducing them over the last decade. It was only a few months ago that the PM was talking about reducing the army by 10,000 down to 70,000. We used to have well over 100,000 troops! And I’m not sure what size our Naval fleet is now but it’s a fraction of what it used to be. National security does not come on the cheap.
Andy I’m as cheesed off as you about what’s happened and there are certainly questions to be asked of the Synairgen board as to how the Phase 3 trial appears to have been scuppered by the SoC situation. We must wait for an update from them so that we can fully understand what’s happened.
But we are where we are and shareholders have the choice to take the hit and sell, or hold in the hope of Active 2 leading to success. I’m holding for the latter. And it would appear that Polygon are too and have bought more. The game is far from over and may yet come good. What I’m trying to say is that I do understand you venting your spleen - and that imo is what these bulletin boards can actually be good for, but unless you are going to sell, then I’d try and concentrate on the positives. I think Synairgen may yet get bought out - we’ll see.
