Does anybody have any expectations of when the results will be released?

Dark times for DX. I don't think they should be focussing on new sites but focus on reducing costs. The previous dividend policy has been nothing short of criminal and has left cash flow in a precarious position. If I was bank I would be extremely wary of lending them any further money.

I have to agree. Very surprising given the passport win, but this doesn't look stable. I don't see any takeover being likley (unless MBO). I think they're going to have a big liquidity problem.

5 weeks till half year report is out. Hopefully clean bill of health this time, cash generation and new contracts coming through. Anybody know if there's an interim dividend on the cards?

This morning provided earnings visibility, so am surprised we haven't seen more of an increase. 40m MC seems very low with profits of 8m and positive fcf. The trading update sounded like there is no change in these expectations.

I'm a bit more indifferent to that. Big capital investment makes me slightly uneasy with the current squeeze on margins in the industry. HMPO contract was big one for me, what was management expectations for the full year? Hoping for 30p by end of week

Good balanced post Hank. For me, the first point is the most important, I think it will be a 10p swing either way on its own. Even if retained, which I have my doubts about, I would predict it would be at a hefty discount to the previous contract. Should know within next few weeks at least.

Results looked good, postitive fcf, strong balance sheet and much improved performance since H1. Though confirmation on appeal would have pushed sp up, but uncertainty on HMPO contract, which seems to be a big part of revenue, is holding it back.

Another strong day of buying. Hopefully close 24-25p+ today

My bad, H1 numbers were missing 11m drawdown. Having said that, the historical cash flow has been good pre H1 and I think we will see a stronger H2. However, I would expect future dividends to be reduced. My optimism is a mark cap of £35m on the fundamentals.

I don't disagree with the use of ebitda, but I do very much disagree with flat - negative cash flows. H1, which was pretty poor, still had +8m cash on +5m ebitda (when excluding the dividend payment). Underlying this is a strong cash business hence why they have had a strong dividend record. Expect H2 ebitda to be around +11-13m and I would expect cash flow of around 10-15m excluding dividends.

Since start of the year. Think this the share price doesn't reflect fundamentals, so believe this will rise on results. Main concern is renewal of HMPO contract they mentioned in RNS. Think this will be known by October.

Numbers discussed were excluding exceptionals (goodwill impairment) which was 86m I believe. Market won't take much notice of non cash exceptional which was already disclosed in half year. Three big things to look out for 1) ebitda 2) new contracts/tenders on current contracts 3) dividend. If on an underlying basis we have 17/18m ebitda then the currently share price proving a mark cap of 30m will look very silly indeed!
