Just a reminder re the Oaks Securities recent report on Predator O and G, solely for MOU-5's gas and helium - £1.48 risked. If both come in (and I think they will), then we are looking at £14 per share. Then of course we have all the other Moroccan assets, eg MOU-1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and a whole pile of other assets. My understanding is that we have an inter-connected "gas kitchen". It is superb that we have also found helium.

The above is now very short-term and the whole lot will be "up for sale". Starting in a month or so for MOU-5.

Then we have Ireland: looks short-term to me, and then T and T, which is continuing nicely.

I read this last night. Donalb knows an awful lot about the situation in Ireland, but this article is saying that they wish to form a new government very soon, and why this is the case. Any thoughts about this?

Oldapost007, I entirely agree with you. It's great that PRD is so well managed, with only 611mn shares in total and with massive assets.

Great management by Paul et al, and so very different from many other oil/gas companies.

Obviously, assuming the GE in two days' time will be favourable for South Corrib, which I think is likely. Just a link/links to other posts etc would suffice for me. Many thanks.

Whoever buys them will own the crown jewels of cancer treatment, quite extraordinary. Worth a massive amount of money. I am expecting this to be relatively soon, but for a lot of money, given the extraordinary IP. Imho.

If AVCT did get taken over by a single BP, then who do people see is the most likely one? Would it be Eli Lilley or someone else? Any thoughts? Superb IP here, competition likely I would think. Thank you.

Hi Ibiza, I enclose below the 17 Sept Corporate Update RNS. We have great expertise in the field to enable flow assurance for a third party/parties. My AI indicates that Sandjet has been successful for MOU-3. My understanding is that swabbing is not a major issue at all. Certainly, Zenith Energy have great expertise in this and all other field operations. Just relax, we have the top guys working here and there is no major impediment to successful flows, imho.

Morocco

MOU-3 Sandjet rigless testing programme update

The rigless testing programme is being extended based on an initial analysis of the 2024 rigless testing data that is currently being carried out by Dr. John Tingas Petroleum and Chemical Engineer. Dr. Tingas has worked with the Company's CEO on reservoir engineering projects offshore Ireland following the successful testing of gas at commercial rates in 2006 and 2007; on the reservoir engineering for the Tendrara field onshore Morocco in 2013, following which an appraisal well flowed at a high rate; and on the Company's Inniss-Trinity CO2 EOR project in Trinidad, where enhanced oil production was achieved.

The Company is fully funded to undertake all additional operations that may be considered necessary to support reservoir flow assurance for the purposes of planning a potential development option.

Appointment of Zenith Energy Limited (Aberdeen) for well engineering support

Zenith Energy Limited (Aberdeen), with their larger pool of worldwide resources to call upon in the areas of well engineering, project management, completion and well testing and well operator services, have been appointed to provide well engineering support for Morocco initially and potentially other geographic areas if and when required.

MOU-5 well and potential for helium

The geological model for the helium potential of the 187 km2 MOU-5 structure has been completed by Scorpiongeoscience. Potential helium resources estimates will be published this month.

Drilling of the high impact MOU-5 well will evaluate potential both for helium and a gas-to-power project adjacent to the Maghreb Gas Pipeline. MOU-5 is a conventional well that does not require the same specialist Rharb Basin drilling experience and expertise that was necess

Ibiza, my understanding is that Sandjet has enabled Mou-3 to work really well and that lack of gas flow is not now an issue.

For Mou-5, this is much more a conventional well drilling process, which will take only 12-14 days to drill. It is, as we know, absolutely massive, but is still a relatively easy from a drilling perspective.

I have used AI in the above understand. Anyone with expertise, please correct me if the above is incorrect.

According to Paul in one of his presentations/interviews, PRD's Trinidad holdings are of similar value to those in Morocco. That surprised me a lot when I heard that. That was around a year ago I think, before the helium discovery.

Meanwhile, only another six days to the Irish General Election.

I have so many posters here on "green". This is at present a terrible bulletin board. We know that shortly (very shortly) we will have superb news: from Morocco, Trinidad and Ireland.

All those who have done any research will know what great assets this company has. It is odd that charlatans will primarily go for great companies.

All long-termers here just need to "sit tight" or simply "add". We are almost there and, for example, have great experts working for us in Morocco. Just a little bit more patience - and please delete all those who wish ill of this company.
