RE: Q&A11 Mar 2021 10:36
IAR - rather than all these accusations; what would you like to happen, apart from to know Suzy's salary? How will you act in light of that information? Will you sell your shares, or is it just an exercise in trying to smoulder resentment amongst the shareholders? Would you like to replace her? Who with? How much do you want to pay for one? 4X Suzy's salary for a silver tongue, with some very generous sweet equity should do it. I’m happy to table an extra-ordinary resolution with a super suggestion, which I suspect will not be forthcoming, and which would undoubtedly be voted down.
What would you do with 301? Would you make the Japanese "reveal" themselves (it's not too hard to work out who it likely is for an inquisitive chap like yourself, btw), potentially blowing any chance of co-dev? Would you just pull the plug? Would you fundraise to further an in-house Phase 1 with your middle finger in the air?
As I’ve said before, I have partially agreed with your will to see a slightly less conservative comms reach. The lines are incredibly open, like no other company, but the content can be (imo) a tad sub-NOMAD allowance, and the Q and A is now not exacting its intention, as it seems to have manifested into a vehicle by which folk can throw dirt at the CEO, who was actually trying to do this for the shareholders. They don’t need to do this, and I wouldn’t blame them if they pulled it. It certainly isn’t helping the SP due to the “quality” of some of the questions, and the provoked “stand-offs”. Good lord; to be an AIM CEO.
You have a grievance. I suspect you are sitting on a paper loss and just want to force something out to raise the SP, so you can get out. You won't be alone in that, and there’s nothing wrong on this forum with contributing some negative appraisal. But drop the tomatoes, and tell us - succinctly - your suggestions; what you'd like to see released, how you'd gauge a reasonable response, and where you would like to see the company in six months, in order to retain your shares. Be mindful of pharma bureaucracy and timelines, however. You’re a smart chap, so it would be good feedback to get for the BOD.
