Agreed,Steve, getting the court case settled in our favour should do wonders for the funding of the developments. But there's no certainty of that. Meanwhile JS will not be looking to exercise his warrants with the price nearer 2p. So where will the money be coming from?

Looks like the market needs convincing over funding. We were fully funded to the end of next year prior to the rns stating that the research would be more expensive. Yes we have JS and his warrants but at the current rate he won't be tempted to exercise them. And i don't think we can bank on the court case either.
