This company will delist next month with the backing of the majority shareholder. I can't see how anyone will get paid dividends in the future. Huge risk to hold or buy this now.

I'm surprised at the sp fall since the jv was signed. Dilution was known about so can't be that. The market is supposed to be forward looking, perhaps not in this case unless the tech doesn't work?
