"The main contractor has mobilised its workforce with fabrication of the piling gantry progressing and expected to be completed in January 2015. Once construction of the approach trestles has been taken place, which is expected to be by the end of January 2015, piling of the main jetty will commence, with piling and ground filling expected to be the major work stream for the following 6 months...We will further update the market via a trading statement early in the New Year" - 17 December 2014
I think "early" doesn't extend to Q2. They can't even maintain the timetable for issuing updates, little wonder the port is itself going to be 2-3 years late (vs IPO projections). I personally think the silence implies the 'end January' targets are still pending, but I may be wrong. Very difficult to take any of management's statements at face value.
Will be monsoon in a couple of months too, so there's another ready made excuse. For full disclosure, I'll probably buy here at some point, but think that the history of the company indicates that a wider margin of safety is required on a buy-in price, as I anticipate further material delays (and possibly further fundraising) before operational commencement and cashflow breakeven.
binbag it was probably accurate at the time of writing, but I'm not sure where you could find more up to date stats. There is a site people sometimes post links too, but unhelpfully can't remember the name. You could cross reference it with the holdings rns releases to check accuracy. Alternatively, legobrickgirl has posted a series of links on the general chat pages.
