Both myself and fellow parishioners have been here since Vialogy days and if the shares fall any further we may all be robbing the collection plate. We cannot see why it has fallen so much. It must be down to bad management because it has some good profitable products. We think that it has too many people . LR et al have, in our opinion tried to expand the business too quickly, without getting the fundamentals right. THis looks like a typical AIM share at the moment.Is the share price being manipulated to facilitate a low management buy ought, or a low offer from another company, but ensuring the BOD keep their juicy salaries. Despite several prayers we are beginning to depair. Has any one got any other solutions?

Hello, I am wondering if somneone can help me please. I am trying to reclaim the Swiss with holding tax on nmy dividends. It has been going on for months. They have proceed the claim after I gave them my Nationwide BS IBAN number. THis was over 10 days ago. Has anyone else had problems in receiving payments. Comments will be gratefully received. Further to our last post the SP seems to be in freefall. We know that it is a typiucal AIM company, but the suggestion is that there is something fundamentally wrong behind the scenes?

Both myself and parishioners have held VOD for a number of years, and had to average down a lot in that time. We are now at a point where we are a little in front and will sell after the dividend tomorrow. The market seems to think that there is a lot of upside potential in the shares. We disagree. IOO they will not be taken over because of their excessive borrowings. Any large deal may be met and refused by the regulators. The balance sheet is woeful. It is full of goodwill caused by previous CEOs (who got knighthoods) who paid way too much for assets. It has a current ratio (current asstes/current liabilities) of about 0.3. We think that it should now be regarded as an income stock, although it may have done better to pay less dividends and reduce borrowings. Good luck to all you who will retain their holdings. We are getting out.

Both I and my parishioners having sold out for a good profit, were tempted in by news of a 400p bid from a venture capitalist. That in hindsight was both silly and greedy. The shares had had a good rise and when the excellent results were announced, they had already been priced in. Hence the fall in the SP. If they drop any further, it is still possible that we may receive that bid as they are now beginning to look cheap.

I and my parishioners have held since Vialogy and thought Yourgene ws to be a cloud with a silver lining. How wrong we have been. A couple of days ago analysts in N York were bullish saying that turnover for Yourgene was going to be a lot more than expected. However they added the rider that the company would be profitable "in a few years time". We seem to have taken on more overhead in the form of staff and in our view we have a company trying to expand too quickly. That unfortunately is the fault of the BOD, in whom we have little faith . We are fearful that this may turn out to be ANOTHER Vialogy. Our only salvation,as Twix says, could be a takeover?

Children, children, can we please stop all of this bickering. It is doing nobody any good and only seems to be manifesting itself. I and my parishioners are also dispapointed with this company's performance as we have also held since the vialogy days. In a world of gerneral upheaval at the moment, let us sit back and count our blessings, and perhaps enter into a spirit of goodwill pre Christmas.

I and my fellow parishioners feel that a takeover is very unlikely. Unfortunately we feel that the company has too much debt. This has been a very disappointing investment for all of us but a good dividend earner.

My fellow parishioners and myself have just watched the AGM broadcast. We were not impressed with it as AR came over to us as a bit shifty and evasive. Two worrying points that we picked up on, correct us if we are wrong, was that the business has a glodal headcount of only 90 people and that Covid accounted for 50% of the 15m revenue. I know that they are investing heavily for the future but it worries us that they are trying to expand too quicky. We do not think that there will be any improvement in shareholder value for at least 2 years. Considering some of us have been here since the vialogy days then that should not present a problem. We know that it is an obvious statement but we feel that unless increased turnover can convert to pretax profits and dividends start to be paid then the share price will go nowhere. We would also be happier if the shares were on the main market and not AIM, which has always been regarded as an "iffy" market. As Twix says, we feel that our best hope that a buyout by a larger pharmaceutical company may be our best outcome. Every blessing rev shep

Both myself and my parishioners have held these shares for some time and apart from good income, they have proved very disappointing. Would not a merger with Bt be a good idea? It would make a very strong Uk and global brand and would make a good symmetry. Bt with its line rental and sport and Vodafone with a strong mobile business. What does anyone else think? Both myself and my parishioners have held VOD for a number of years. We bought originally for capital growth but have since realised that it has merely turned into an income stock. We feel that the balance sheet is very weak. It has too much goodwill on it. Anyone can buy other companies but need to pay the right price. IOO VOD has clearly paid over the odds for a lot of its acquisitions. We average in at about 150p. We feel that it will be some time before we break even so will enjoy the yield until then. Both myself and my parishioners have held these for some time. We have now liquidated our position. Looking at the balance sheet, the bidding company must see an awful lot of potential going forward as it is stuffed with intangible assets.

I and my parishioners are a little confused, so correct us if we are wrong. We hold shares in Banco Santander following on from the Abbey National days. Everybody keeps on about a rights issue. Surely this only occurs when something is offered for sale. As this is not costing us anything, I think, shouldn't the correct terminology be that it is a scrip dividend.

Both my parishioners and I have held these shares since the Vialogy days. With all of the "potential" good things that the company is doing, why is the share price languishing when the general market is buoyant. IOO the price should be at least 25p. Is there something lurking in the background that we PI's don't know about. Any thoughts??
