I would suggest that the parliamentary committee need to focus their efforts on dodgy MPs who claim false expenses, cash for questions, aware contracts to their mates, etc. before they focus on what's happening in the real world. Still waiting for the government to set a licensing scheme and the regulatory framework around this.

@claire - I have a real job too so needed to get to bed. Sorry for not responding to your irrelevant question last night asking what my average was. However, if you really must know I have been buying since 94p so still well in profit. This volatile period doesn’t phase me and if it drops further I’ll add to my Sipp. And Yes, Im expecting well above £4 and so are the BoD or their bonus wouldn’t be dependent on it. Shadowfall is a chump operation run by chumps. Comparing boohoo to modern day slave trade. Not even comparable. Why don’t you see how far you get with Adidas, Nike, Apple, Tesla, etc. as they had the same allegations made against them and actually did nothing to address them. How can a chump like you hold boohoo responsible for policing their 1000 or so suppliers? All they should really have to do is go to them and ask for their government issued certificate. But guess what... the government hasn’t yet set up a licensing scheme! Poor show!

Licensing scheme - suggested by boo but they didn’t get the credit. The government won’t implement this as it means they have to enforce it. They would rather throw stones at companies who don’t adhere to non-existent standards.

The same issue disappeared for Nike, Adidas, Apple, Tesla and another few big names who experienced similar allegations and still work in the same way. Amazon were also hit with allegations and now advertise warehouse tours! Boo have done more than others in this space and openly said they will do more. They still get criticised by clowns who are just trying to get in at a cheaper price or are shorting the stock. The government have taken no responsibility for their inaction in this space, even though over a month ago JL said they should license the suppliers.

Out of interest how will regurgitating the same dross negatively impact the sp? I’m sure the 18-24 who buy from boo spend a lot of time reading the times, telegraph, news in general.

@Shadowfall - you short stocks, so spread FUD to cause the SP to be negatively impacted. I invest in companies and expect them to do well. What I have said below is based on facts. The story has been reported numerous times - fact. Boohoo have raised they will act on the findings - fact. The company is getting bigger - fact. Real news in censored - fact. Now who needs to take their blinkers off.... ;-)
