Hello all,

Judging by Buys and Imminent news we are going to be out of a job in a few days time.

I am looking for the next MTL to follow to have the sort of banter we have had on this board - it has been a long and very interesting journey, sleepless nights, highs and lows but we have travelled together, when we do come in to port I hope some of you will join me on our next expedition.

Lee, I said in a previous post that I thought it may be someone in my Era, same age group, who would be in the same position I was in. - bought initially 10-12 years ago - parents died and left some money - looked up his old shares and found MTL- like I did - saw the price and the history and is now investing again.

I started to build my holding back in Dec 2018 and continued through til June 2019, (with a few changes of underware)- if I was still building I would have far too many by now (If you can have too many!!!!)

Hello all,

When I sold 2m of MTL last month it was to move some of my eggs into other baskets - so far I have no regrets - IT is indeed like Cinderella - the holdings I chose were mainly in GOLD

Today they all seem to be trying on the GLASS SLIPPER - one has gone up 66% - others not so much but UP.

When MTL try on the Slipper - ???????

I think my make up seems to tell me that by chatting and posting I will accelerate the outcome - but I will just have to wait like the rest of you stout followers of MTL.

Hopefully not long now - Where have I heard that?

I believe we have bottomed out @ 1.15 as this could be a new support level:

9th Dec 1.15 then up only minimal before 1.15 again on 13th Dec

Up to 1.45 then now back to 1.15

.8 Oct 14th
.97 Nov 19th
now 1.15

Almost a straight line - so hopefully - If this is maintained we are on a winner - eventually - but :- we have News & Results coming + the Gold Price.

All set for take off - fasten your seat belts.

Had to find something different to say, so here it is.

I sold 2M about two to three weeks ago - Just wanted to release some of the pressure on my investment - fortunately It did not really rocket up. other people of my era might also have been in the same frame of mind - with more money than me.!!!!

Most of it - 75% has been dispersed amoungst other likely candidates - to not have "All my eggs in one basket" most of these trades I did through ii over the w/e on money value.

Monday came and I had some remarkable results - time will tell - but one could not be completed - The company had Folded - just as well I did it when I did and not earlier.

That's it - I'm Done - going back to the Santa Outfit and hopefully more Amber Nectar.

Suhail - You stated that Interactive Investors held 3.18%, Would I be correct in assuming that this was their own investment and not Clients Funds held on their behalf - they are my brokers so it would be good to hear - also it would account for the prompt way in which they have always done my dealing.

Well - more than a penny - but only just atm.

Trading is virilant.

We have waited a long time, and our resolve is set, hopefully it will not be long before the Goose lays the Golden Egg - talking of eggs - I have diversified my Earnings (as my avg was only .93333333) into Nine other stocks - not to have all my eggs in one basket.

I still have 10M but this now only represents about 70% of my portfolio, the rest are in ?
