Uranium hexaflouride16 Oct 2009 14:38
KAH and EXT are progressing Rossing South at great pace as they realise the huge demand for Uranium to fuel the existing and large quantity of nuclear fuel stations that there is and will be in the future. Taking a step further on from the U308 mining , a further element is actually needed to turn this from U308 into nuclear fuel and that is Fluorspar, which when put through the manufacturing process becomes Uranium Hexaflouride - nuclear fuel....Fluorspar is quite a rare element and not mined and produced in large volume, hence the spot price for flourspar has remained robust and now that the Chinese; largest producer; have all but banned export the imperative need for more is being highlighted. Tertiary Minerals (TYM) have a large deposit and they are at present conducting a scoping study , they also have what could be a massive $$$$ rare earth project in Saudi awaiting a re-issue of liscence. Please DYOR but feels like an early KAH type opportunity to me
