I am so surprised that you are an investor here but seem ignorant to what has transpired here over the last number of months where a huge premium has been agreed on a bankrupt stock on the other side of the world where we have no experience or managerial infrastructure, furthermore directors who presided over Crusader had there severance periods increased from a couple of months to two whole years and then massive options have been written in to all directors spread over 3 continents. In the meantime assets at STI have been torpedoed by management and flogged of at bargain basement levels for no reason other than Marcus's spite and to pay ridiculously top heavy admin.

Please check out the new website set up to inform shareholders in an open and transparent way what their objections are and their vision for the company. I have been a shareholder at STI for almost 9 years and can see that if this deal were to succeed then current shareholders would be diluted into oblivion in quick time as the top heavy management structure of the new company bled the finances dry of the current $7.7million in wages and admin in no time at all. Good for nothing more like. The sp has come crashing down from 2.5p just a few weeks ago as the market realises that there is no money coming in and plenty still going out. It seems as though everyone bar a few have now realised that everything that these incompetents touch turns to mud ( or should that be clay ). They have made NO discoveries in many years now, even Altintepe, Inlice and Oksut were discovered by the Turkish Geological Survey, added NO JORC resource in many, many years now, Never paid a dividend in spite of selling the company jewels to pay for directors pay rises, bonuses and dividends. They now co-own the Altintepe gold mine which it turns out entitles them to absolutely no financial recompense too. You couldn't make it up !!

You seem to have read the rns but not fully understood it. The additional costs come from our 20% thereby eroding it to less than 20%, fact. The pog does not increase our percentage of profits it merely increases or decreases revenue if we ever get to the stage where these incompetents can demonstrate that we will be receiving a revenue with factual evidence by way of margins and profits. I did see over on ADVFN there is some rampers page set up by Tadtech where he has stated that we will have received $2 million by now, amazing when no production revenue figures have been released. But even if he was to be right we started production 9 months ago now and it is already known that admin burn is in excess of £2.1 million per year. It is easy to conclude that all profits for the time being will be used for nothing other than admin costs, what a way to run a company.

The fact that we have risen a little is down solely to the gold price, the fact it hasn't risen further even though we are producing gold into a rising market is down to management ineptitude to tell the market what we are making per ounce and when we will receive income from the mine. As yet nobody has any clear idea as to how much our margin will be and as yet with no income report the market has factored in that we haven't received a peppercorn. When management get on top of the figures and put some cold hard numbers down instead of just philosophising about production we should see a substantial increase here. But as management have no real skin in the game they are in no rush.

Completely overblown reaction today which has been stimulated by the mm's with stop losses kicking in like crazy and mm's making an absolute killing. They'll all be celebrating tonight and waking with very sore heads sometime late tomorrow thanks to the lemmings.

So there we have the precedent set. $350,000 unsecured loan to pay off ex CEO. After the pigs in the trough uproar after Oksut directors greed fest they can't help themselves to cash so easily. But now we will soon have money coming in from Altintepe probably (still don't know about that, still a big secret) the directors will want to get their hands on the money. Why not set a precedent and dish out money in unsecured loans to pay off ex CEO's. Who is the present CEO at GRL ..... wonder when they will exit and get pay off, to be replaced by another STI board member no doubt. Rinse and repeat

Has there not been a quarterly dividend paid this May ? been a long term holder with Next and there is usually a dividend around 5th May but not received anything yet ...

Wolfson is a retail genius, he steered the sp back up to +£80 a share from £7.50 just a few short years back and has engineered a great share buyback program whilst also increasing dividends and issuing special dividers on a regular basis. He has done all this by not only working extremely hard but by being truly honest with his business forecasting. He is a CEO who under promises and over delivers always. As someone who has many hundred shares here and has seen their portfolio hammered by this years awful performance I have full faith in him that he will return the sp to recent highs and exceed them in time.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and it's easy to say now that money shouldn't have been wasted at Blacrock and Dalafin. Money was undoubtedly wasted at both projects with the company all to willing to rush into expensive diamond drilling operations when further geological surveying may have been more prudent in retrospect. But if a large resource had been discovered then everyone would have been declaring Bob et al as geniuses. The fact is money was wasted back in 2014/15 and the directors were greedy b*tds who helped themselves to the first income that was appreciated. But after the furore that since engulfed them they cut back on explo this last year and became much more prudent as I believe the latest set of accounts due will demonstrate. And while Blackrock has not yet turned up a significant discovery it is interesting to note that the very first project that Thani wanted to progress within the new ThaniStratex company was Blackrock. Worth remembering that Oksut was not declared as a commercial discovery until 3 years after first drilling took place and following many very poor drill results later.

You stated spend over last 3 years. Mischievously misleading I would suggest. When you are talking about historical spend in 2013 and 2014 you are talking about a point in history and if you go back to various points in successful mining companies histories they all have had periods of large spend and with often poor results. Anto, Rangold, Anglo, Centamin, Centerra, Teck and more besides have all trodden this track and then at some stage in their existence have become miners and cash cows. Stratex have made lots of mistakes, spent lots of money; sometimes unwisely; but have now come to a point where they are miners producing gold and feeding it into a market where the asset price has and is still rising this year.

you say cash burn $30million in last 3 years. Can you please clarify how much in the last 12 months.

Company has spoke frequently this last year of reduced admin expenditure. With results due soon we shall see. They should be much reduced after doing bugger all this last year with No drilling or exploration. Altintepe and Muratdere development and management run entirely by Bahar and Lodos respectively and just a few business lunches with Centerra to accept their offer I dare say with no negotiation, although to be fair the price achieved was good.

To be fair Bob spoke of asset sale or dilution. I would hope and expect that since we have made a sizeable asset sale (Oksut nsr) for a company this size that dilution will now not be on the agenda.

So just in the last two days alone Next plc has bought back and cancelled 963,733 with doubtless more bought and cancelled again today. Not many businesses out there that are so committed to their shareholders and demonstrate such faith in their own business.

With the board committed to retaining the share buyback programme at £69.92 I think any talk of a big correction is unrealistic. Having not had the opportunity to initiate any share buybacks last year due to the share price strength the company now has a real war chest to aggressively buyback shares on any dips such as those of this week. Further the company is also retaining it's programme of special dividends which paid out handsomely last year to shareholders like me and was a firm favourite with institutions because of this programme.The company despite a poor fourth quarter managed to increase profits year on year and made target as previously guided. With the cold weather expected to arrive in the coming week sales should rebound ahead of expectation this quarter. Excellent buying opportunity for both income and growth after it's recent 14% fall over the last month.
