so, have dusted off my CRA shares AGAIN, malingering in the bottom drawer. Wouldn't mind selling a few, but not until we get to 5p (break even), and even then only a few, until we break 10 again (as we would have done a year ago on this news...)

looking more promising today, but I've made enough to buy my family their winter outfits from SGP, so am out for now...

I've decided you may be right, for now. With my morning top-up I'm at break even, so am selling two-thirds in the next few minutes...

I've been tempted back in - only a little toe in the water. The decline mirrors worries over Next getting bashed by mild weather (more to come), so am saving the same again for when this hits 70. Come Xmas it should be 95 again imo.

don't think so - the announcement of a proposed offer at that level would have brought the SP crashing back down...

Hi guys. I'm not invested here, never have been, but have been watching from the sidelines to learn more about the various shenanigans the MMs and BoD get up to on AIM. It smells very badly. However, the RNS is inconclusive - it is weirdly phrased, and given that it can't get any worse for shareholders than "little or no value" what does the new negotiating position mean? If it means Something for shareholders, then why on earth weren't they exploring that option in the first place? If it still means 'little or no value' why be so coy about it, as if throwing crumbs of comfort? The news article about a potential offer really does stink - who leaked that I wonder? let me guess now, hmm.... I hope you all get something back, however unlikely that now seems - but most of you knew the risks - and played it for what it was, a sham. It is the longer term holders who were forced eventually to bail out at 0.5 who could have waited for the dead cat bounce to 4p (or more) that I feel sorry for.

pleased I topped up at 83 - the support at 80 was so strong the sp couldn't get near it...I don't think the swings are over yet though, so don't get carried away - 110 is on the cards next week, but not in a straight line...

I'd wait for 80 if I were you - looks strong on the charts.

the 800 is on technical chart analysis based on no news for 6 months, but I feel it would need general market sentiment to drop for it to slip that far. SGP has done it to me before - and worse still, I could predict it coming and didn't sell!

but it won't get there unless the whole market slides further...

have been through this before with sgp - made the mistake of averaging down as she fell (purely on the whim of the market) & ended up in a financial mess for over a year. I sold last week at 1200 after it briefly recovered, and will wait for it to settle now. 247 is not possible this time round though - 820 looks an extreme base...

hmm - I guess it depends on the level of dilution - for instance Bowleven had a placement at 45p 2 months ago....look at the chart since! In this case AQP have given an impressive account of their thinking, and so the drop from the 40p region looks false - manufactured, one might say.

ah, I missed that, - though would they agree if they thought the shares were not going to rise??

it's more about the restructuring that the platinum price though - we could be in for a nice surprise next week! It seems unlikely that so many directors would buy extra shares if the plan was flawed....

STY is a great AIM story - very rare! Alas I sold my remaining "free" shares at 13.50 but good luck to all holders here!
