I had a reply from Erik saying it was well attended and that there was considerable interest which will hopefully lead to new orders in coming weeks. I suggested that was worthy of an RNS in itself, but the company line seems to be to release news only on actual orders.

I once held a lot of these shares and have followed the company on a weekly basis, looking to buy back in (as I said previously). I don't see why I shouldn't express my disgust at the TW/Reynolds stitch up, and all the half-truth. My warnings to holders are genuinely felt, having lost money here myself (albeit only 1K - I would have been losing 17K as of today).

there could be a tiny bounce back later today - that would be the moment to sell. Slide likely to resume in the morning once the news is digested and reported fully....

I think all holders should be aware of the dangers here and sell if they can, then wait until after the appeal to decide if they still want to support the company. The SP will continue to slide until that point and sales will suffer. A bad outcome from the appeal will destroy the company. Do yourselves a favour and get some cash back now rather than see it whittled away over Xmas etc - it's not worth the anxiety.

If what you say is true about the reason for delaying, then the board have been telling porkies all along.

I was once invested here but sold out at 11p (at a loss) in order to buy back in once the legal case was settled. This is not for me now. Illumina may now try to extend their action and will block sales wherever possible with impunity (and probably delight). Costs could be high after appeal, and damages might be even higher. Sales will tail off as a result of the ruling. It all points to the end for NIPT. Sell. P.S. another great Winnifrith/Reynolds combination. How much has Tom lost for his family now!!!

bound to be plenty of flippers - some investment companies work on that simple basis - 10% guaranteed, sell, easy money. It's the one's that hang on and sell into the next rise for a bit extra that do the damage. Hopefully the news will be strong enough to dissuade them. Not sure when we will be told how Wednesday went though, but if we see strange buying patterns that will be the china effect kicking in...
